Every shop isn’t just for the clothes but for the service that they give you too, and DKNY has that attribute which is to be admired. The staff and manager at the DKNY store were all an amazing help in everything, from finding clothes sizes to helping us store our huge pile of clothes. We purchased several DKNY branded clothes and we have to say that they were all put to the best of their quality. The sale items and ones on clearance were still amazing and had a wide stock range, unlike many other shops. The staff helped us to find sizes and clothes that we couldn’t find around the shop and they always brought something out to help you, even if they couldn’t find your thing. In the end, when we were about to purchase our pile of items the manager or worker at the store realised that we had a lot of clothes and the worker was new so she patiently helped us all to get our clothes and the helped the worker know his way around the shop. The collection was absolutely amazing and there were a wide variety of clothes to pick from. I would happily recommend this store to anyone wanting to purchase any branded clothes while also enjoying a nice customer service experience!! A big shout out to Ashlee and Janine who helped us with our shopping (sorry if I spelled your name wrong)!! ?️?️?️

My daughter fell in love with DKNY's jackets and chose a pretty black leather style for her birthday gift. We were immediately greeted by their staff and was helped by Ahmad Reshad. He was extremely patient, professional, friendly, and took the time to help my daughter find the right size for her jacket. The store was very organized and clean. Easy check out process and great bargains are being offered. Highly recommended DKNY branch worth visiting. A+ customer service!

May 30, 2021, ~4PM Pacific. We stopped at DKNY store on our way back from a hike and one of the store reps (probably Indian) kept pointing to us to sale and clearance sections of the store, checking a lot of details on if it was our first shop and when did we start our shopping, and also kept suggesting us to go eat pretzels and have some lemonade. I mean, sure! But she was clearly judging the customers by their hiking clothes and didn't let us look around the store, kept interrupting for the most part. Such a pathetic experience, and I hope they learn from this review to not judge customers by their outfits or no shopping bags in hand. I have been a great fan of DKNY and own a bunch of clothes, and never had this kind of immature and judgemental experience before.

Emily was very attentive when we came into DKNY. She asked us several times if we needed help finding things . Emily was great . Excellent customer service skills .

I was so disappointed because of the store manager declined to find my lost receipt. She said she can not find The lost receipt even i was providing her same exact card which i had used to purchase also all tags which came with the that jean. Also providing the date of the purchased. Without putting effort she was just denying that she cant return without receipt. are your serious ? These days every store Can find the receipt by using same card. Or store like outlet they do it easily. But she was being so cheap and declined without putting effort to help if any other way She can help. I NEVER HAD THIS KIND OF EXPERIENCE WITH ANY OTHER STORE ALSO ANY OTHER DKNY STORE.

I wish there were more DKNY stores near me, this store had a great selection and employees. They have a lot of XS and XXS sizes, usually I am an XS but it's good to know that I can size down if something runs big. I wish they had kids or petites but this is a small store with a mens and womens section. I really wanted the reflective windbreaker or the patent puffer jacket but am still looking around. The women's section has activewear, formal wear, and casual wear. When my friend and I first entered we were greeted by one of the employees, I don't know how to spell her name (Chinese name) but she was super nice and we talked to her as we were shopping. I didn't end up buying anything but I definitely recommend this place for smaller sizes that aren't matronly or childish. Coats are also on sale because it's after Christmas.

One of the best places for deals at this overpriced outlet mall. I wish they would sell more of the higher end DKNY label. I wish they would sell evening wear selling dresses. Wish the store was a little bit bigger a bit crowded due to the store fixtures. The staff was welcoming. Asked for my email so they can send a 20% off coupon. I was happy to do so. The other half of the store was men's wear. The music they played was EDM which is great. Walked out of the store with a couple of items. I will be back.

I went to this store with my husband & my son and we had the BEST Customer serivce ever. The Store Manager went above & beyond our expectation & we will definetly be back, since frequent this area every 2 month. Thank you for your GREAT Serice!!!

Such a shame that this DKNY store lacks good customer service! I came in this last Saturday and me and my friend were the only two people in the store. The associates were all within 10 feet of us looked at us and never said hello once. So rude, when I found a shirt I was interested in this very tall blondish women with a crossed eyes shouted at me "Hey do you need a dressing room!!!!" She sounded soo rude. I said no and left. Please train your employees the basics of customer service Donna Karen.
