Came in last minute(6:30pm) to get a tire repair with no appointment and the guys behind the counter(Alex and Jeffery) really worked hard to get it done and to get my family back on the road for a safe drive.Not saying everyone will get this kind service but thank you for taking the time to fix my tire

Today got tire rotation &balancing done for toyota sienna. Luke attended to it. He is polite, very professional.

The scheduling process is a bit tough to navigate because you have to first go to the Costco website to buy tires and have them delivered and then make the appointment. I wish it were more straightforward and streamlined. Otherwise the service was great and had the tires changed in about 90 minutes.
