Very rude cashier and unreliable they will place an order for your medication. Rather go to Walgreens and pay double and wait in a 2 hour line than up to stand these slow and hardly qualified "pharmacists". At least Walgreens and CVS are far more reliable solely in just place prescription orders rather than make me wait a few extra days for something I needed for my health. Also GoodRX coupons need to be prepared in advance since they claim

I don't know why there are so many negative reviews here. Must be sad, mad folks. We use Costco pharmacy for our pet medications and in-person and on the phone they super helpful, very nice and very quick. Take 1-star reviews with a grain of salt.

Not a good experience. Visited twice itThrice but the medicine was ready though pharmacy confirmed that they are ready.They made me wait for a long time as well

They are very very very slow and not efficient. Plus they have a bad attitude.Their faces look like I own them millions of dollars and did not want to service me. Anyway, I have requested my physician to send my prescription to other pharmacy.

the staff at the front (cashier?) need to work on service..i can't believe that she's still around..she's so rude and snappy..i only go there once a year to get a flu shot and i tend to think "it will be a different staff" every time but nope, the same staff, same service, nothing has changed..

This is one of the nicest Costco I've been to so far! Very large warehouse with spacious aisles. Won't need to worry about congested traffic per aisle. Each aisle is very wide and open, enough space for smooth flow of traffic without having to squeeze through aisle per aisle like most other locations. Overall store very clean, organized, and well-kept. Unlike other Costcos, I like how their food court has a staff at the drinks and condiments area to assist customers one at a time, without having everyone crowding the area, which could jeopardize social distancing and Covid conformances. Kudos to this!

Tire center requires appointments days out now because they reduced the number of employees in the tire center. There was a day when Costco was centered on customers but now they are centered on the great American dollar, like all the other huge, out of control corporations. I surrendered my membership in favor of businesses who still have customers in mind. The optical department similarly takes weeks to get glasses. And I don't need to convert my home to a warehouse. I only want enough product to fit in the cupboards.

I've gone to this Costco many times. I was browsing in one of the random carts in the clothing section. An employee named Sara who was in the clothing section the same time as me was exceptionally rude. She couldn't even tell me to my face. She had her coworker, Maria, tell me I couldn't look through the cart. Sara is extremely rude and should not be working at Costco. Horrible customer service and a rude human being.

Very bad customer service cashier Oz did not even help us our stuffs were all on the register but instead of helping us he rung up another customer. Then after he just stood there (doing nothing cause there was no customer anymore). This cahier Oz is one lazy guy he should'nt be working there.
