Dropped by this location to see what they had. The store was very clean and neatly organized. Pretty good selection overall! My daughter has a newfound love with Converse, so I had to look around for Christmas gifts. Thinking about it now, I should have bought the 2 pairs I saw instead of just one! Gabe was super helpful and friendly! Gabe alone made the shopping experience a five-star rating! I'll be back!

Five stars for listening and caring and holding an item called in from their Vacaville store. We needed a certain size of a certain converse and the Livermore store had one left. The gentlemen on the phone checked and double checked what he found and assured me it would be on hold. And it was! When stores get busy the last thing, they look forward too is phone call to hold something, as many folks hedge their bets and hold items but never buy it. Kuddos to the team here in Livermore for outstanding service.
