“The Livermore valley is relatively unknown but has a lively downtown and a bunch of quaint wineries with friendly service and good wines. It is well worth a visit compared to the expensive Napa and Sonoma valleys.”
“We sent our older daughter (from age 3 to age 4) and our son (age 2) currently goes there. My daughter learned so much and the teachers did a great job preparing her for TK. She would always talk about all the fun things she did and she made so many friends :) My son has food allergies and Robin and the teachers do such a great job in making him feel included at snack time. I appreciate all their efforts in making my kids feel special. We are moving and will no longer be at new horizons and are quite sad. It was a wonderful and safe environment for our family to grow.”

“Large thrift shop with clothing,, housewares, some furniture, books, small appliances, shelves, holiday decorations, etc. Free sreet parking. Prices have gone up, just like everywhere, but still has a good selection for thrifters. Hit or miss on the employees. Some are helpful & pleasant, others quite the opposite.”
“Livermore has a delightfully relaxed vibe with the perfect mix of sophistication and hometown feel. People are very friendly! There’s a lot of emphasis on art and the gourmet offerings are excellent! Really enjoy every time I visit.”
