It was very thoughtful and much appreciated by all the employees here working at Kaiser. Livermore is a great community much thanks!”

A huge thank you to her, because she made my experience a great one. She was so helpful and helped me figure out my tough situation. So glad she was my banker, wouldn't have wanted it any other way. Thank you Neha!”

I always ask a month in advance- just because I'm OCD- but they always fill my order in a few days. The building is in a convenient location for people on this side of town and there is plenty of parking. I like that they have ATMs available both outside and inside the main doors.”

1748 Railroad Ave, Livermore“Writing this review for Monesha Stroman. Came in yesterday to make a new bank account and had a couple questions on the side about credit and how a couple other things work. She answered every question before I even asked and made me feel really comfortable & reassured that I have a someone to reach out to if any questions or concerns do arise. To say the least I left BOA feeling accomplished. Thank you Monesha!”
“Diamond Le was fabulous and extremely patient with us as we renewed our CDs. It was a busy Saturday and we had an appointment, but other bankers were frequently coming to her to answer their questions. We didn't mind, but wow- she was able to manage those questions whilst answering ours. Thanks to the Livermore branch for hiring Diamond.”
