My mother and I visited Clark’s quite late, close to their closing time, but the staff was incredibly friendly and patient. One of the staff members even reminded us about the offer of the day—buy one pair, get the second half off—and she patiently waited while we chose our second pair. Thanks to her, we had a really positive shopping experience.
As for the selection, it was a bit limited, but the prices were reasonable. Overall, we left happy and would definitely consider returning!

Friendly and very helpful staff especially the Asian lady that was wearing a black dress and tights...sorry I didn't get her name but she was extremely helpful.

Not many options in terms of simple boots and flats in size 6 wide when I visit, although I did find some great boots with the 2 for $99 deal going on! It’s a quiet store, takes a little while to get help. The employees that helped me out were so kind, though!

The employees were rude and racist. The store employees harassed me for not keeping my shoes even though I did and there were many other customers in the same aisle. Also, they refused to give me the coupon I earned for my purchase

What an idiotic policy. The advertise 2 pair for $99, a great deal. But if you can only find one pair that fits suits you it's $75!Idiots for letting sales walk away instead of offering a solution. Cashier was too involved with males to even acknowledge me, a lowly female.Won't stop here again.
