Exceptional Service in a Cozy SpaceBetter late than never with this review! My friend and I visited the store at night on December 22nd or 23rd for some Christmas shopping, and it turned out to be a wonderful experience. The store, though small, lacked carts, but the store manager, "John??", stepped in to make our visit seamless.Seeing me juggling multiple sets of clothes, John? graciously offered us space by the cashier desk, allowing us to shop comfortably. During the payment process, his customer service skills shone through, leaving me thoroughly impressed with the management. Despite the space constraints, the team's attentiveness and John's excellent service made our shopping spree a success. Kudos to the store for outstanding management!

The lady answers poorly and answers ugly. If you ask a question about sizes, it doesn't help.

Very bad experience at this store. This chubby lady who word work there she is very rude. She does not help at all . She did not wanted to exchange or refund the items. I do not know if she does not like her jobs. That’s shame hiring someone who does not value customer.

I was told not only fitting rooms weren’t available but also there were no MIRRORS!!! I understand if fitting rooms were not available due to the Covid but no mirror in the store to check clothes over yourself?!? I never heard of any clothing stores like Champion ever in my life. Please bring your own mirrors!!!! By the way there were three employees working in the very small store so it wasn’t security issue that the fitting rooms were unavailable.

Went in couple days ago guy working was super helpful! Came back to return 1 item 3 days after while no one else was in store, 2 girl associates barely spoke to me after I walked in and said I had a returned they just stared at me said "ok" not even a "welcome in" also seemed to be rude upset I had something to return like they didn't want to do it double checked I had right debit card kept asking why I'm returning. Was embarrassed, considering I'm a retail store manager...didn't even say anything when I told one of them I worked in the mall.
