I wanted a diagnostic run on my car. I assumed there would be a cost but usually when they do the repair it gets taken back off. I was told that wasn't the case here. They were fast with the turn around so I'll give them that. I wasn't impressed with the service though. I might be used to a smaller town vibe. The places I go to usually give me options on what I need done versus what absolutely has to be done. It felt a little cold when they gave me my estimate, like they didn't really care.

Excellent service and very fast turnaround. My work truck started making nasty noises on a Thursday and I needed it fully functional by Monday. I called several garages and the nearest booking was almost a week away. Cartech took it in on the same day I called them and had finished the substantial job by the end of the next day! I'm a very satisfied customer. Highly recommended.

Without a doubt one of the most valuable people to have in your life is an honest and capable auto mechanic. It's right up there with having a good Dr. and a good lawyer. Rafael and his team at Cartech have been my trusted mechanic for over 15 years now. Recently I ran over a road hazard in my 2019 MBZ S560 and broke the file line and damaged the cowl. I was nervous as to the extent of damage and cost. Rafael put all my worries to rest, as always, and had me back I. The road in no time at a very fair price.

I came here August 2023 for a pre-purchase car inspection (buyer). The entire inspection lasted almost 2 hour. A bit long, but they did a thorough inspection. The car looked really good, and I was actually very sure that I would purchase it. However, after the inspection they found several issues that would have costed over 4,000USD to repair. I didn't understand some of the issues, and the owner was very kind and friendly and explained tome what some of the issues were. I would bring all cars here for a pre-purchase inspection. Absolutely, worth the money and service!

Because there low ball scomes that almost killed me even my family said it an they tryd too low ball me like I'm stupid an they laugh an me an my kids they don't care if u an ur kids die in the car cuz there stupidity an mistakes so fuck em dont go they almost took my life away from my 11 year son

I took my challenger in for insurance work from an accident, they did replace the subframe and rear differential, after the work was completed I took the vehicle home and noticed they left a chain on the belt tensioner what could of cause the motor to blow up and cost them 40k for a new motor. When they installed the new differential they broke the CV axle boot and cause the grease to leak all over. I was heated but I showed up the owner was very respectful and took full responsibility of the work and apologize. He ordered the parts and got my vehicle in and out with couple of hours. I will continue to get my vehicle serviced by them even after this hiccup

I brought my car over because it was making a ticking noise and I could not figure out what the problem was. I had excellent service for a very fair price. I was given an in-depth explanation of the issue and the next steps to deal with it. Highly recommend!

My AC was blowing hot (like 150) even in cool weather. I was convinced it was the compressor given my car has over 220k miles. They did the diagnostics and found it was a faulty valve - much less expensive and just as effective.

This is a very nice car service shop, the owner and his daughter are managing this shop. They are honest and they have very genuine rates. I went there for a routine maintenance for my Mazda the car is working great. I also wanted to get my arm rest fixed, they tried to fix it but they couldn't since they were missing a part they said that they will order the part and fix it during my next visit.

Had a small broken plastic piece exposed on the bottom of car and they removed at close to no cost. Responsiveness and professional courtesy was 5/5!
