Sam from Carpetland helped us redo the carpeting in most of our house and helped me install vinyl planks in the rest of it. Highly recommend! He spent a lot of time giving advice on the carpets and how to install vinyl planks, and was very patient with us as we slowly made up our mind on which carpets and planks to buy. We love the new floors in our home!

Sam from Carpetland was very helpful! The warehouse has a great selection of hardwood options in store, which I couldn't really tell from their website. Our contractor recommended this location and I'm glad he did, we were able to choose the right option. We even chose our baseboards from them also, which was convenient. Highly recommend!

Sam from Carpetland is one of the most resourceful persons I have met related to flooring. He has in-depth knowledge on different kind of floorings and their technical details. Talking to him made me feel that he has science background and upon asking I came to know he has civil engineering degree which didn't surprise me. We ended up doing only a small portion( carpet on stairs) with him and the rest of the flooring project was done by someone else as he doesn't source the flooring brand we wanted. Despite that he did lot of hand holding/guiding us with his expertise throughout the time. Always a phone call away. His thorough knowledge and wanting to share it with someone who needs it makes me think he very passionate about his work. He has a calm demeanor which makes him very approachable. His business ethics were quite impressive. I Highly recommend the store.

Wonderful experience working with Sam and his team at Carpetland Flooring! The selection was excellent, and Sam was able to recommend a great quality carpet for our remodel at a competitive price. The installation team of Alejandro, Eduardo and Fernando were on time, very professional and efficient, and finished the project on schedule . The quality of the installation was superb! We recently moved in to a new home and wanted to extend our existing laminate flooring into a room with carpet. He was able to find our existing flooring and connected me with an installer. The price was much better than competitors and Sam was super responsive throughout the entire process. If you have any flooring needs don't hesitate to call Sam!

Sam from carpet land was so accommodative and responsive . After ordering the carpets the renovation project got delayed but Sam was so kind enough to keep our carpets safe in his warehouse for a month and he helped us change the install date four times . He helped us pick the right carpet for us and explained all the ups and downs for our selection.Installers are very professional and they did a very good job.So I would highly recommend Carpetland.

The last item in remodeling our house is installing the carpet on the staircase. I found Carpetland from Yelp and made an appointment with the owner Sam. Sam is extremely knowledgeable and honest. He came to our house to do the estimate. We told him the carpet installation would have to be the last, after the window coverings is done. He agreed. Our window coverings ran into supply issues, and Sam patiently held on to our materials for 3 months. Upon the completion of our window covering job on Tuesday, we called Sam. He quickly scheduled us for Friday, and the job is done beautifully.We can not be more pleased with Sam's efforts! Thank you, Sam.

I called Carpetland this morning asking if they had a particular LVP flooring in stock. The nice man who answered (Sam) told me he'd call me back immediately, which he did. I had not even committed to buying anything from him yet he was so incredibly transparent about pricing, and gave me many helpful tips about the flooring I was asking about (how to install it without voiding the warranty, etc). Just because of his kindness I will 100% be buying my flooring from him for my project.

Went in to check out flooring for a DIY kitchen remodel and the staff was great! Javier and Sam are super knowledgeable and want the best for their customer and don't try to upsell you on stuff you don't want. They really know their product and have experience installing and can recommend products and trim. Really good prices when you buy in bulk. They helped me load the pallets in my truck and even let me take home some of the big show room floor samples to try it in my house and bring it back the next day (this was key since the lighting in your house might be different). Much better than other big floor stores who try to upsell you and better than Home Depot because you can buy trim to match the floors. 10/10 would recommend buying from these guys!!! .... Color was Sole from GAIA red collection. Luxury vinyl plank 8mm, wide plank. Very high quality and easy to install.
