Used the self service car wash. I went into a stall, paid for a car wash and then noticed that only 3 of the stickers around the dial were there, so I had no idea what option I was choosing. Regardless, after I rinsed the entire vehicle, I wanted to use the brush but had to figure out where the setting was. I went to every unmarked setting and never heard the brush kick in on any of them. There was a slight sound on one selection so I figured it was that one but hardly any water came out of the brush, and DEFINITELY no soap. I also couldn't find the wash setting with the regular sprayer because none of the options resulted in soap coming out. I gave the benefit of the doubt and thought maybe it had run out of soap, so I moved to the stall next to it. This one had all the stickers. Paid for ANOTHER car wash and selected the brush setting, which I IMMEDIATELY heard kick in. I grabbed the brush and started scrubbing my car....and waiting for the soap to start lathering. Well, it NEVER did. There was nothing but MAYBE a soap bubble or 2 the ENTIRE time I "washed" my car. So disappointing. I paid $10 to basically push water all over my vehicle. COMPLETE waste of money and time. It would have been easier (& less frustrating) to just wait for the rain to come. The end result would have been the same, but I wouldn't have thrown my money away to a place that is so cheap they won't even provide the supplies needed to get the job done that their customers pay for.

Years ago I brought my car there, and they couldn't even repair it, they tried, and the same problem happened again.
My experience there was terrible, and I felt ripped off.

There's a reason this place always has a bunch of cars- they do a good job and very straightforward about the timeline and diagnosis. No extra nonsense like "dur dur, you need to change your air filter." They were actually able to do an impressive (tentative) diagnosis of my car over the phone, even though I hadn't requested it! I needed a new transmission (like, legitimately, I knew it was coming soon- it was not an upsell diagnosis on their end. They even saved the flywheel to show me how damaged it was!) I knew I couldn't do it myself and would need a shop to do it. If you can stand to wait a few days for repair, these guys are professional and they cut out the nonsense. Only downside is that everyone else knows they're good too!

Not the best car wash no soap came out the brush wasn't much soap on the sprayer either.... But I guess for 8 bucks what can you ask for.

I just used their shop to perform a motorcycle brake and light function inspection needed to title a rescue salvage titled bike they were super quick, knowlegable, friendly, and fit me in with no appointment while I waited very pleased, would reccomend!

Excellent little garage, fast, very reasonably priced, honest, and professional. Jonathan at Cactus Car got me in the next day to do a light and brake inspection and smog check, got it done in a few hours and I couldn't be happier. Will definitely come back here for future car care needs. Thank you guys!!!
