I hate to wait outside to spend money.. Every time I go to this store i spending 2-3 grand and still have to wait outside. Not acceptable.

STAY AWAY. You are paying for a luxury brand and waiting an hour in line to get to the store, but not receiving professional service at this store. This review is specifically for Manuel Sencion and his supervisor. We purchased 2 bags from Manuel Sencion, and at the checkout, we asked about the return policy. He responded, 'You have 14 days for that.' We returned to the store 3 days later to return one of the bags, and he said they only accept exchanges. When we told him that is not what he told us when we asked about the return policy, he started to be rude to us, without even apologizing for his mistake. His supervisor came in, being unprofessional and rude, basically contradicting what we were told when we purchased the bags. They neither took ownership for their mistake and incorrect information they provided, nor did they apologize or take any action to rectify it. It seems their only concern was to sell the bags and earn a commission. It is unfortunate to have people like them representing Burberry. It is not what it used to be. I will never go back to that place. Such a dishonest and irresponsible sales team at this location.

I went inside this Burberry store for the first time yesterday, because I had been saving to buy me something for my birthday. That was the worst shopping experience that I’d ever had. Not only did they not have any thing I wanted in my size, but this Asian lady followed me around the store and ignored me when I asked her questions about the items I was interested in.

I went to the Burberry outlet store in Livermore to purchase a Men’s Bumbag. As soon as purchase was processed, a Manager came out stating that the bag I bought was not supposed to be 25% off. The sales associate had made a mistake and if she (The Manager) would have let it go through, it would cost him his job. That was the most unprofessional behaviour I had ever encountered in a long time. She should not have embarrassed the sales associate as well as myself with that rude and condescending comment. The associate - Ramin - truly deserves a better job than working for that company. He was going to lose his job for a $100 discrepancy. The sign clearly stated the bag was 25% off. There was nobody else at the store - their sales were clearly suffering and yet, they did this! Very unbecoming for a high end store. So very sad

No return policy, no one tells you about, you have to inspect the store to find a sign that will say no return accepted, won’t even exchange it for credit storeAwful, just left me with bad experience

The pants my brother chose made his bootie a cute perfect peach but they are also made from high-quality materials, ensuring they would withstand the test of time. The outlet prices made these premium items even more accessible, adding extra value to our shopping experience.

Saw more people leave the shop than people that were let in. Staff clearly wants to create a the illusion of a popular store. Save your time and go to any other outlet.

They do not accept returns, if you buy something you will not be able to return it and they do not tell you that until after you make the purchase...After completing your purchase you can no longer do anything
