1) I had a reservation (a Thursday at 2p) that I triple checked one month out, one week out, and two days out. The day of the reservation came, and at 9 a.m. Regina calls me to say the truck broke down and she won't be able to get it to me for 4 days. I had to drive out to Livermore to get another truck (San Ramon was the original location). 2) Local branch number doesn't work, it transferrs to a national number. Classic indication of bad customer relations... 3) Picking up the truck, Dylan promised me the windshield washer fluid was full. I asked about it because it is never checked on rentals. Well, getting on the road, it was 1 windshield squirt from empty. 4) The truck was so covered in bugs on the windshield and mirros that I had to stop at a local gas station, climb onto the hood (dangerous and definitely not ADA) and clean it. But the bugs had been there so long I had to wash it several times. To get it managable. 5) when requesting for a price adjustment they are referring me to the National hotline. 6) it took me 90 min on phone with customer service, in the store, on the phone. The rep took just as long to "close out the contract."

Rude and uncaring of the predicament that they put me in by not having the truck I reserved 4 days in advance. I rate this store a MINUS 10 star

Do not rent from this place horrible customer service. They tried charging my mom in law $2100 some guy named Edward doesn't have a clue about how customers should be treated
