I had a great shopping experience at this location. Jacky is amazing. He is super helpful and nice during the whole process. He answered all my questions patiently and took out different bags for me to try on until I got the right one. If you want amazing service, look for Jacky if you are going to this store.

I love Bottega Veneta, such a nice store but needs better customer service. The staff will only help customers that "look" like they have money, we wanted to buy clothes and accessories but no one seemed to care, the staff was "bussy" judging the appearance of possible customers.

I'm giving a 4 star review because I had a cinderella moment. A pair of beautiful pants regularly $1200 for $126. The inventory and sizes are very limited. I added a star because I found a gem in my size.

You should ask those customers who’s ordering merchandise if they are able to sign for it and then place shipping restrictions on it! It’s impossible for those few of us who’s actually going to work in this country during the day to receive and sign for the package! Thanks a lot for ruining it for me. Will never shop at any Bottega store again!
