I've been a loyal customer of Boss for many years, but my recent visit left me incredibly disappointed. Today, I went to buy some t-shirts, but the experience was far from pleasant. All staff were unprofessional and so rude .
When I arrived, there were long lines of customers waiting outside, yet there was no one at the front door to let us in. It was baffling to see only four customers inside while five staff members were present, doing nothing to help those waiting.
Once we were finally allowed in, the cashiers were incredibly rude. They yelled at us to leave, despite the fact that we had been waiting outside for a long time. I politely explained this, but it seemed to fall on deaf ears.
When we tried to get help finding the right size for our t-shirts, the staff completely ignored us. It felt as if we were invisible. Finally, when we attempted to pay, two cashiers just walked away, leaving us waiting at the counter for an extensive amount of time.
The lack of professionalism and respect shown by the staff was astonishing for a store like Boss. I am sad to say that I will not be returning to this store again. This experience was a stark contradiction to the high standards I’ve come to expect from the brand.

Went to boss outlet for a new suit. Greeted by Rose and she helped me out big time with my entire suit/color matching. Even helped direct me to the right shoes and belt.

WORST employee attitude . every time we come here to hugo boss it's always something with these two girls . they always act rude and make us wait outside because only " one person " can go at a time . we waiting outside for so long for her to tell us " it's closed " this isn't the first time . very unprofessional especially for this kind of store .

Customer service was horrible. The sales rep was rude and not interested in friendly customer service. We went in to buy some shirts and left right away and bought from TH instead. When we asked her name so we could report her to management she said it was not our business. I tried to deescalate, and she was more interested in keeping the argument going.

Employee Jeffry reeked of alcohol and made racist comments to my son. He approached and breath smell like liquor. I love hugo boss but today’s incident changed my mind. Other staff very nice ladys.

The treatment of the client is very racist and rude, I was on the line and they moved me to attend to other people who came after us. They exposed us in front of all the other customers.
