We bought a $3,000 Broyhill outdoor furniture that is junk. Being that it was Broyhill my wife thought it wouldn't matter that it was from Big Lots. 2 of the chairs posts are loose and the chairs now wobble after less than 6 months of use. Getting warranty help has been a joke as we now have to deal with a company in China. They sent us parts that don't fit correctly and now they won't respond back.

Wow I have not been into a big lots in a long time. Livermore store clean had lots to offer well stocked shelf. Employees very helpful and friendly

Always great service! Tons of really awesome stuff. Great prices. This store is DEFINITELY the most organized and cleanest Big lots I've ever seen. Great seasonal selections for amazing deals!

Only this location and Milpitas remain in the east bay. It is close to line 15 Bus stop. Awesome staff stocked pretty good and prices are still great. No problems at all was able to get in and out quick.
