ABSOLUTELY JOKE of an Experience!!!! My wife and I went into BevMO! This evening because we wanted to grab one of my favorite rums that they carry in stock. When we walked in there was an employee behind the desk wearing glasses, whose name I did not catch who appeared to be a little overly chipper at first, which we kind of just shrugged off and went about our shopping. However, during multiple experiences with him during the visit, he was loud and over-the-top for no reason and shouting out nonsense. At first we didn't say anything, because we were concerned. Maybe he was special-needs or something of that nature. However, after asking him a few questions and talking to his coworkers, they all gave us the response that " that's just how he is" . We literally could not have a conversation at the register or stop to think because how loud and over the top he was for absolutely no reason. My wife left there very frantically, because she felt overwhelmed by him and even walked into the door because she was in such a rush to get out. I immediately called the manager on duty after and told him my concerns he gave me kind of a nonchalant response, and then proceeded to say " some guest like the way he is" which I abruptly responded with well I am the consumer and he is the employee and it's completely unprofessional. I've never had this experience there before and if shop they're quite frequently unfortunately lol. Just want to get this out there in case someone else run into him during the holiday season. Clearly, good help is hard to find.
