The single best experience I’ve ever had with PNC. This afternoon walked into this branch. Christian a management resource stopped her conversation with a colleague got up from her huge desk and asked me what I needed in the most professional yet personal manner. From there she quickly processed my transaction and went shed me a pleasant evening. That is genuine extraordinary customer service in action. Thanks so much Christian. I really appreciate it and wish you well.

The notary here is wonderful. Sucks we gotta drive an hour to get to the one notary in the entire surrounding areas, but worth it. Even if yall got more notaries, I would probably still drive an hour to just stick with her.

I had a appointment to refinance my auto loan. The branch manager was super awesome and the staff was very polite and helpful. I had doubts about pnc when they took over bbva but now I am confident staying with pnc was the smart choice. Thanks PNC in Livermore!

Avoid. Avoid Gary. Took 1.5 months, 6 calls, and 3 in-person visits to not give me a debit card. Staff are friendly but slow. I’ll move all funds to another bank.

I had a superb experience with Christian with locking HELOC and Fahad getting cashier checks. Personal banking was far better than on the phone. Don't waste your time, just go into a branch.

It has been my experience when I dealt with BBVA that customer support was abysmal! Most always you had to stay on hold for an extended period and then the answering agent was difficult to understand because English was definitely not their first language. I have to say that agents were friendly and helpful but the communication was difficult to say the least. Dealing with a local branch was not much better. There was usually ONE person in the branch that had the knowledge and others seemed like they were in training mode....constantly having to ask how to do this or that. You could never get seemingly simple things done quickly. That is why I closed EVERY account and would not recommend this bank. PNC has now acquired BBVA and all their accounts, so you can only imagine the confusion issues now. Good luck to all you PNC customers.

Great staff but very outdated systems. In this time and age (considering COVID as well), they still don't have online application for their credit cards. Give your staff the right tools/systems to provide a good customer experience.

I have been with this bank since 2013 and I use to love this place. It was always so friendly and family oriented. They knew us on a first name bases and always asked about our kids. However the last few months or so they have been really changed things. They have really been rude. I can understand staff changing and the bank becoming more busy but there is a difference between being “professional” and being rude. My husband and I are at the point where we want to change banks. They are always have a hold on our check but only when we visit the Livermore location m. No other location does this, but we live in Livermore and shouldn’t have to travel to a different city/town to do things with out bank.

I have been with BBVA for over 20 years, I have always had a great experience with this bank until the last 6 months. They have definitely declined in there customer service skills, especially the bank manager. I’m definitely thinking of changing banks due to certain circumstances that have occurred with rolling my CD ‘s into the Lowest rate possible, I will definitely not recommend any of my friends or family to this bank.

I've had the absolute worst experience working with this bank. I'm trying to complete an application, 2 months later and 3 bankers later, I still don't have a loan and someone to talk to is no where to be found. I've had 2 people leave the company in the middle of an application, which means the promotional rate is now expired and still left high and dry. Once again the person I was working with has left the company and I've left several messages waiting to talk to someone to no avail. Go somewhere else for your banking needs, this is not worth the hassle!

I travel extensively so I depend on going online to keep current on my bills. I check every account twice a week. At no time before 6/10 did I ever show a balance. Then my credit monitoring tells me I am late on a payment to this horrid bank and still nothing showing online. I go by the banks local branch and was told that their computer showed an account that was not only late but had a $2100 charge that is not mine. And surprise when I get home the "new account " was online. I had a card cancelled because I lost my card but that was many months ago. So my credit rating took a 60 point reduction because this bank won't admit they made a mistake. As soon as my direct deposit from one of my jobs clears Chase it is goodbye to these jerks. I take care of 3 elderly relatives and help 12 other senior keep their bank accounts straight by just checking on the 1st of the month to check that nothing looks wrong. I liked BBVA because they have a very good and easy website to use. so my little old ladies and I will be leaving this bank ASAP. I should have know that once I found out this is a Spanish bank that it would eventually get screwed up as I had problems with Santander, Barclays, and the Royal Bank of Scotland. It just goes to show that European banks don't give a damn about taking ownership for their errors. Good bye BBVA and good riddance. Larry J Thompson Dallas Tx 75247
