It is a nice way to start out St, Patrick's Day. I always enjoy coming to this store. There is a very good selection of boots and clothing. My favorite part is the $650 Stetson hats which were behind glass and cost more than my first car!

Terrible customer service. Management and staff were awful and tried to tell me an item I was returning for store credit, with it's receipt, was only worth less than half of what I paid. Simply because it's the wrong size I can exchange it for an item of the same cost!
Just a terrible experience.

We bought and paid for three pairs of jeans. Two pairs were ordered as they didn't have the needed size in stocks. We were told we would get a call I a couple of weeks. We never received a call. So we kept calling and were told a couple if days. Finally the last ime we called, 12/19, they were in. On 12/20 we came in and the girl at the register pulled up the order and said it showed not paid for. We were treated like we were trying to get something fir nothing. There were other parrons in line and it was humiliating. We went across the street to Wells and got a copy of the charge on our account to prove payment. Amanda, the owner finally said, "Just take them." She said that the order card didn't have the items listed either. When we got home i found the receipt and called and spoke to Amanda. She gave a very obligatory apology, with "Have a good holiday". Not the expected service of the past. We will pass this experience on and never shop here again.

I went here out of a whim.. I guess correctly. The young lady who helped me was fantastic. She was very patient with me and my different feet. Lol. It's hard for me to get boots sometimes. I got some maxi g boots and ordered another pair. For the win. The shirt , cowboy hat and accessory selection is unmatched. Their sister store in Pleasanton closed a few years back. I didn't put 2/2 together until we spoke. Unlike all the different styles of everything they have. I will be back and I will get my other set of boots in a few weeks.

Terrible customer service. I bought a defective $75 purse and they will not exchange. The manufacturer says the product can become defective and this is written on their website. So they will not exchange. Who thinks to read a website before buying a purse? Very rude customer service.
