Ladies and gentlemen, buckle up and get ready. Im going to take you on an experience of a lifetime. First let me say, I get ice cream maybe twice a year because I'd be huge if I did it often. That being said, the staff was super friendly!!! Very helpful and respectful when entering. The manager/owner implored us to try some samples of many different flavor ice creams flavors, including some new ones. I ordered a cookie and cream hot fudge brownie sundae (judge me haters) and it was one of the best desserts in my life, no joke. I was hoping I could eat it for an entire lifetime and then die happy with it by my side. My girlfriend was still deciding what to order and was urged to try the new Beach Day flavor. I don't know what was in it and I don't regret what I ordered, but this was one of the best ice cream I've ever had the honor of trying. I highly recommend this location for the friendly staff and the ice cream was soooo dang good, ESPECIALLY the new Beach Day flavor! Get out and try it soon trust me!!!

Summer and ice cream go hand in hand and so does our local baskin Robbins ! The owners are super sweet and accommodating that gives it a more personal touch for the place and they are always open with a smile ! Good going !We just ordered a last minute cake for our daughters grad party and they made it work out just right :)

This location is having a quality control problem. The last two visits the fudge and caramel toppinging were hard as rocks. The heating elements of the warmers don't seem to be working for over a month. Sundays were poorly constructed due to overworked employees. Just to compare we visited the Pleasanton location a few days ago. What a huge difference. Way better quality, service, and selection of flavors.

Worst service ever. Walked in and waited at the counter for 7 or 8 minutes. Owner walking back-and-forth and simply ignored me the whole time. Not even a "I'll be right with you." Baaaaad service!

I ordered a double full sheet for an important celebration. Leanna assisted me with making fresh cakes and decor on the cakes were great. She was very professional and communicated effectively making sure I got what I wanted . She made the cakes perfectly. Thank you Leanna!

Harry and his cake decorator did a fantastic job on the Grillin Father's Day cake. It was delicious. The frosting was amazing! Thank you for helping make Father's Day extra special.

Had a great time at BR. Under new ownership now and everyone working was so friendly... We all got a couple scoops and toppings, there was even a promotion for a free chocolate mermaid or shark in the ice cream. :)

I was visiting there tonight and this place has gone down since the past few months. It’s gotten so bad that now it’s just embarrassing that no one cares to clean. It smells bad there’s stickiness stains all over the place on the floor. The ice cream tub don’t look clean looks like no one cares to wipe down the glass or counters tables. For a place that sells food and consumable product, these conditions which recently seem to be consistent is highly disgusting and I won’t be coming to this place.

Horrible service! If you visit at 9pm they will not serve you because their dishes have been washed and their excuse is they will be closing soon! You've been warned! Not sure if this is the owners policy or the employees...
