You would be crazy not to use Barbara Benetto. Not only is she organized, she is excellent at customer service, organization, project management, and is an excellent communicator and personable. We lived in our sold home for 37 years and we needed hand holding. From the start she was proactive and showed us and explained to us what to expect. She asked us weekly to join her to look for homes. She also placed us on a daily email of homes that were for sale and coming on the market. When we got frustrated and nervous, she was always calm and together. We can't thank her enough for the help and organization she provided. She also has so many contacts if something needed fixing. You will not go wrong to hire Barbara Benetto. We would use her again in a second. Go for it!!!

I chose Barbara Benotto to sell my Livermore home for a number of reasons. The prominent reason was because I know for a fact that Barbara is the only Realtor I would trust with a Real Estate transaction. Her professionalism, "can do" and "let's go" attitude is infectious and only leads to successful results. After making a game plan for prepping and listing my home, Barbara implemented with her network of individuals to make it happen. First person that walked into my listed home purchased it - and I fully attribute that to Barbara. All contract timelines were met and the plan was executed to perfection. Barb helped us consolidate two households. She is the consummate professional! Her keen eye and staging advice as well as access to trade professionals was an invaluable asset in our time of transition. Barb worked closely with us to listen to our desired features in our dream house. And she knew the house was "the one" when she previewed it and then presented it to us quickly so that we could make an offer before it went on the market. My home buying process was longer than most… but in the best way. As a 27 year old self employed business woman I knew I wanted to buy a house but I had no idea where to start. How much can I afford? Do I want a house or condo? Am I a DIY’r or just a gal who can paint a room? Insert Barbara Benotto, a home buyers dream woman and the woman who helped me answer all my questions. Barbara showed me all my options for buying and put me in touch with a local mortgage broker who presented me with scenarios for what my payments would look like. When I found the perfect house for me everything was easy. No surprises and within a comfortable budget. I never felt pressured or like I didn’t understand what I was signing or how much it was all going to cost. Fast forward to 3 months after closing and now I want to redo my kitchen! Barbara had all the connections for trades that I needed! She did more than sell me a house… she started me on the next chapter of my life and I’m forever grateful.

Barbara is an excellent partner to help find your next home!Barbara was referred to us from a friend after we decided to move to the Tri-Valley from the South Bay. She is very knowledgeable about seemingly every neighborhood and has seen every floor plan there is! It was helpful to us to see some similar styles to see the potential and collect “data”. Barbara did a great job helping us find our dream house and was a great communicator during the entire process. This review is long overdue! Barbara was a dream to work with. We moved to Livermore from San Jose and decided to use Barbara as our Livermore agent. We first met with her via zoom so she could get a feel for what we were looking for. We spent several weekends looking at homes with her and she was always on time and super responsive. When we made offers she followed up with the listing agents and we felt she was always rooting for us and doing all she could to help us win. In this crazy market we finally got a winning bid! The whole closing process was smooth and Barbara was always available to answer my questions. (I had a lot) Would definitely recommend her to anyone looking for an agent. She is so knowledgeable about the area and will treat you like family.
