Writing this review for Monesha Stroman. Came in yesterday to make a new bank account and had a couple questions on the side about credit and how a couple other things work. She answered every question before I even asked and made me feel really comfortable & reassured that I have a someone to reach out to if any questions or concerns do arise. To say the least I left BOA feeling accomplished. Thank you Monesha!

Came in today10/16 @ around 3:52pm, I told the girl (with short pony tail) who helped that I wanted to make a payment and gave her an envelope where I wrote down the account number on it and I handed her cash. she asked if I'm on the account and I told her it's my brothers account and I'm just making a mortgage payment. She asked for an ID (I don't see why that's necessary cause I was just making a payment). She said I'm not on the account, and again I told her I'm just making a payment And she asked her coworker if its ok to pay cash. Her coworker said yes it's okay. Really! It's not like I'm withdrawing money. I was making a payment on a loan not taking money out.... She should know this unless she's new, she acted like she knows what saying and all that.. she didn't even say sorry for the confusion or whatever.... When the transaction was over I asked her if it was going to be posted today and she only said "it will be processed"... I asked again to be clear if it will be posted on today's date. And she just gave me a vague response. So I said okay and walked away but then she forgot to give me back the envelope with the account number on it. So I went back and asked her for it and she just handed to me... not saying a word not even a thank you, have a nice day or anything.... I always go to this branch and other branch with same transaction every month and I never had problem making a simple transaction like this. I used to worked for BOA. Our manager always tell us is to always greet customer and ask if there's anything else they need help with and always say thank you or have a nice day. But with this girl today I did not get that from her even though she almost made a big deal of a supposedly a simple transaction. So sad... If only I can give 0 star for her customer service...

I wish I could give a zero they won't even honor their own checks. I had an insurance check issued from Bank of America and they wouldn't cash it. I can't trust an institution that won't honor their own checks. They act like it's their money if I had a checking account there and I wrote somebody a check and they wouldn't cash it. I'd be so mad within playing games with my money, it's absolutely reprehensible

It was horrible!!!! I was a victim of a FRAUD. Friday at 3:30PM. The scammers use BofA customer service phone number , so you talk to them as if the bank is calling you. As soon as I hang up the phone with them, I ran to the next BofA, it took only 5 minutes from the moment I hang up the phone to get to the bank and talk to the FRAUD department . They told me to not be in panic because the FRAUD REPORT had been done, and they would put a freeze on my account. The transaction was still pending ( I assumed that, it wouldn't go through because I reported 5 minutes right after all happened. Long story short, BofA never put a freeze on my account, and yes, they approved the transaction, and the scammers kept calling me ( from BofA) in fact I returned to the bank on Saturday morning to complain about the transaction being finalized and guess what? The scammers kept calling while I was inside the branch, the associate heard the whole conversation between me and the scammers. He asked me to talk to the manager branch, and all she said was: I'm so sorry that this is happening to you, she also told me many stories... bla bla bla but didn't do a thing, which I understand, she wasn't in the position to help me, I just don't know why the associate asked me to talk to the manager. Anyways, BofA does not protect your money, and the FRAUD department failed big time!!!! I wish I had a good review to write :( That's all

Do NOT use their ATMs; they are not safe. We've had accounts breached and drained of their balances almost immediately after using them on two occasions in a single year.

The ATM machine provided excellent and speedy service. It was not rude or condescending at all. Smooth transaction, it even gave me a printed receipt as I requested. Great job ATM machine!! Keep up the hard work.

Shelly (Haojun) Zhu an employee at the Livermore CA location is who makes this place a 5 star experience. Shelly is very helpful, quick to respond and she goes above and beyond to help with whatever banking requirements I may have. She is asset to Bank of America, and all customer service personal should be like her. She is very knowledgeable about most of my financial needs and if she does not know an answer, she will do her best to investigate and get back to me promptly. Because of Shelly, I have recommended other potential customers to sign up with BOA.

This location hasn't had tellers at the window for weeks now on Saturdays. I work 9-5 Monday through Friday so I am unable to visit during the week so I have to do my banking on weekends. The wait time during the lunch hour is terrible so I don't waste my entire lunch waiting. I was turned away today because the teller windows are closed and the iPads aren't connecting to the printers so they can't do what I need them to do. The one star is for Bank of America in general. They closed the only other location in Livermore and this location is understaffed and unable to perform what the community needs. I will be closing out my Bank of America account next month and choosing a different option.

This place is horrible!! I made an appointment and when I got there they turned me away! Then when I returned the representative I worked with was rude and made everything very difficult! It was so unbelievably frustrating. I had to return a week later and there was a homeless guy sitting at one of the chairs inside. He smelt disgusting!! Why would they allow that?? Every person I've interacted with at this location did not seem to know what they were doing and had the worst customer service ever. I now drive 30 minutes out of my way to bank at a much better BofA location. I definitely plan to transfer my money to another bank as soon as I can!!! UGH.

bad expirence I added a credit card and went to the bank and said I could not activate there then I was told to call the credit card company and I got very bad service

Saturday afternoon. Took the time to drive down to BofA and once we walked in we were greeted by a lady saying there were NO TELLERS and that we would have to drive to another city. Shameful.

Very slow staff, can't manage simple banking transactions and flow of customers. ATM and online is my preference, hence why an actual appearance is rare. ATM limits cash out which is a short sighted business model.

THE ABSOLUTE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE!!! The Manager walked by a line of at least 15 people..... she did not even look at us. Then when the line got even longer she finally comes over .... To remind us of the ATM hahaha. Not every transaction can be handled at the ATM. She then informs me that I waited for 10 minutes for no reason because I can't deposit cash!! She was super rude. I will admit by this time I was pretty rude also. I am usually a really nice person. I will say that when I came back the second time she finally got some tellers working so the line wasn't 10 minutes.
