He got back to me quickly with a thorough estimate & followed up with phone calls & updates throughout the process. Everyone I talked to was friendly. I am so pleased with the work that was done. Nicest people in the front office!!.Amanda, Lenin, Alfred,, everyone that I met were warm and helpful.
My Tesla Y needed a minor body repair. The team was able to order parts, fix and return the vehicle (with nice detailing) within a week’s time.

Stopped by to have the bumper on my honda looked at (I had backed into a "snow" bank) and spoke to really nice guy, lenin. Lenin explained the best options and even touched up some chips in my paint while we talked! Super knowledgeable and helpful. The place looked well run and the shop bays were well organized. And the yard didn't look like a Pick-n-Pull like many body shops. Nice cars being worked on including several Teslas. Note: I had the roof of my honda painted at the B&S in Pleasanton last year and that was a great experience as well.
