I took my 2015 Hyundai Sonata to Advanced Auto in September of 2019. They repaired the issue with the vehicle and Tim would follow up with me on a regular basis to find out how the vehicle was running. I let him know the vehicle was running fine however the check engine light never went out. The vehicle was out of the area until recently. Fast forward almost a year later. I was able to bring the vehicle back to Advance Auto to have the check engine light looked at. Although the vehicle was running fine, Tim replaced the original repair part they put in the vehicle last year with a genuine Hyundai part which solved the check engine light. All at no cost! If you're in need of a reputable auto repair shop, I highly recommend this business. You won't be disappointed!

I brought my 2014 Honda Accord in for a valve adjustment. The work was completed on time and without any issues. After picking up the vehicle I encountered a separate issue with my vehicle. I contacted the shop and Tim made sure it was resolved and that I was a happy customer. This attitude really impressed me and has convinced me to return for all my vehicle service needs. I can provide my highest recommendation for Advanced Auto!

I brought my car in Monday morning after receiving a failed smog test at another location. Tim was able to get my car up on the rack right away to assess the problem. They had to special order a part, so he told me he would call to check the price and he would call me back right away. Within an hour he called me back with the price and told me that if I brought the car in the next morning, he would have it done by the end of the day.Next day I brought the car in at 8:30 and by 11:30 I received a call that everything was done! Service was quick and efficient and Tim was very friendly and helpful. I will definitely be going back for any other car maintenance and issues.

Brought my C-5 here for an oil change. Tim seemed very nice but kept ripping up an ex-employee and why he no longer works there. Anyways, it seemed like a very long time to change the oil seeing as how I was there at 8 AM. So I drive away un-knowingly they damaged my car to the tune of over 5 thousand dollars (replacing the passenger side fender and repairing the rocker panel) and never said a word about it. This damage was near the lifting points on my car and I didn't notice it right away. When I did, I got an estimate of repairs, returned to Advanced Auto and confronted Tim about it. He didn't argue it and said he'll contact me that following Monday regarding insurance. Oh, also seeing as how I keep the engine area very clean, it was very easy to see very oily hand and finger prints they left without any attempt to clean it up. I would not recommend Advanced Auto to anyone.

Go see Tim and the crew at Advanced Auto! Their Five Star rating is legit. Don't hesitate. Great work and won't try to rip you off. They're consistently good too, which is important. Worked on my German car five times now. Complex jobs too. High recommended!!

My Honda Accord died at a light in Livermore and AAA towed the car to Advanced Auto. I am not from the area and knew nothing of this shop. The driver told me they were great and not to worry. I thought the car was a goner (246,000 miles). I called the shop at 8 am when they opened on Friday. They checked out the car and got back to me right away. It needed a new distributor. They got the part and had the car done by the end of the day. Then I Ubered out after traffic cleared and picked up the car. She runs like a dream. The great customer service made an otherwise horrible situation much better. The car runs like a dream and the shop even followed up with me on Monday morning to make sure everything went well. Now that is service at it's finest.

Had a brake job and a gas tank replaced in my Mercedes SL 55. There was some issues with the brakes squeaking but Advanced Auto replaced them A second time and they seem to be OK now. The gas tank installation took a lot longer than expected but at the end of the day the mechanic Tommy and Advanced Auto stepped it up and took care of business And completed the installation as agreed.

TOM WAS AWESOME! Brought my Mercedes in for a tune up and some other work. Got an appointment the next day, charged me a fraction of what the dealership wanted and the work was done perfectly! Rather than spending a day at the dealership, I was in and out in just a few hours! These guys are the place to go!
