“I recenlty had the unfortunate epxerience of being involved in a deer strike. I called Tri Valley Auto Body on Friday and they were able to take my car in on Monday. I ended up dropping my car off on Tuesday and was able get it back on Friday the same week
They were great at navigating my insurance claim and their quality of reparis was outstanding. They matched the paint perfectly for the front bumper which needed to be replaced and took their time to make sure all the sensors were re-calibrated as well. You can't even tell the car was involved in a collsion with a deer.
I highly reccomend Tri Valley Autobody and their team if you are in need of an auto body shop around the Livermore area. Robert and Andrew went above and beyond to make sure the work was done right.”
“I went to color pro auto and paid out of pocket to have my Accord repaired there because I wanted it to look great as I planned on selling it. They worked with me to have some of the work done at my convenience after hours and they gave me a discount to do Touch Up on my entire vehicle which I appreciated very much. I am grateful to the team at color pro for making my car look beautiful and ready to sell. Their work is stellar, unfortunately we were in an accident not too long after having it repaired so it was a tragic thing. Irene has reached out periodically just to check if we were okay and how our recovery. We requested a copy of the work done in detail to provide the insurance when we got into the accident a copy so they could add it to the value of the vehicle and Irene sent me a copy immediately and text me just to confirm I received what I requested. “I recently got my 2024 Camaro SS 1LE worked on by Eva and the guys at Modified Motorsports. They wrapped my door handles satin black, installed some C8 taillights from Auto Addict and installed a Borla axle back exhaust. All I can say is WOW! The installation was flawless. The shop and waiting area is super clean and organized! I'm a "car" guy and have been to numerous shops in the Bay Area and throughout CA. Modified Motorsports by far is the most cleanest and organized shop I have seen so far!The owner Eva was very friendly and easy to talk too. It was my first time there and he made me feel welcomed. He even walked me through the shop and showed me the work that they do and the process for the installation on my Camaro. He kept me updated through text messages. Thank you Modified Motorsports for the outstanding work. I will be returning back for future installations!”

“Barry is the man!! Very friendly and patient! Dude knows his stuff and will be very honest and transparent with you from the jump! After lifting and putting 37's on my truck she was very sluggish. Barry confirmed the gear ratio I chose would be the best for my setup so from 3.73 to 4.56 I went and dam she's got her power back! It seems that people all over the bay and the valley come to him so he works with you on dropping off the vehicle and picking up. If you live within 100 miles from this shop do it I guarantee you wont regret it!”
“My car overheated on the Altamont Pass in 90 degree weather in the middle of move! This Autozone was the closest auto parts store near me and I am so glad I was able to make it this store! I came into the store looking for some antifreeze and told the store manager, Gabriella Cuevas, what was going on. Gabriella advised me to talk to the mechanic shop across the street because the reservoir tank was full of antifreeze and the car had been having other issues but had previously been serviced at a mechanic’s shop at home. Gabriella and another employee went above and beyond! They allowed my car to stay parked in front of the store for more than two hours (2 hour street parking restrictions) because of it was full of my belongings as I was in the middle of a move. Gabriella and her colleague walked me across the street to show me the closest mechanic shop as I am not from the area. After speaking to the mechanic my car ended up being towed back home 6 hours after I came into AutoZone. After Gabriella had clocked out of her shift from AutoZone she saw me across the street and even helped me call different tow companies to check availability as no one was available to tow my car 100 miles on a Friday afternoon. Gabriella was so kind and helpful! I had such a good experience and I am so grateful for Gabriella!”

“just bought a Cayman 718 over the Labor Day weekend from Livermore porsche! We went there last month to shop for an EV (Taycan). Terry made a great impression and we were sure we'd be back if we decided to go with the car. We changed mind afterwards and wanted to consider Cayman instead. Emailed a couple times with Terry about it , and finally went in on the Labor Day. Terry wasn't available and Yanni took care of us with the test drive and closed out the deal. Both Terry and Yanni were courteous, helpful, flexible and efficient. They made this the easiest and the most pleasant car buying experience we've ever had.”
“Monument is a small shop, one of many here in Livermore, but the one that our mechanic recommended to us when our car battery died and we needed someone to bench test it to see if it would recharge or if we needed to replace it. The staff there was great and took our battery to put it on a charger and see if it would take the charge. An hour later, it was obvious that it would not (a battery from Costco that was just under 3 years old on a limited/pro-rated 3-year warranty so not much use in returning it there).
Fortunately, the top of the line AC Delco battery at monument is a 3 and 1/2 year warranty and fully covered if the battery doesn't last for the full 3 and 1/2 years. I feel much better about this purchase and glad that we visited monument car parts for this issue. Thanks team!”
“I worked with Jeff to help remove a dent on my Lexus. Jeff provided excellent customer service. I went to Livermore Collision without making an appointment, and Jeff still spent time with me to review the dent and discuss options. He then let me come back the next morning to get the work done. “NAPA auto parts stores typically serve professionals and not shade tree mechanics. The people behind the counter are reasonably competent but you had better know what you want before you go in. And remember NAPA is very good at supplying parts for Detroit iron so their stock of anything that didn't come from Detroit is relatively limited.”
“Came in for a battery for my S4 and their price was comparable to the best battery advanced auto offered. In addition the service was great the gentleman who spoke to me on the phone asked me if I was coming in for the battery and said he had set it aside for me so it was ready to go. A much better experience than I had with the parts department at the Steven's Creek Dealership. They also warranty the battery for 4 years versus the standard 3 which made it a no brainer.”

“Faraz and Tucker did a great job of handling the recall repairs on my Ford Explorer. While it was in the shop they also discovered a problem with the catalytic convertor. They ordered the replacement parts and got me back in a day later to handle the replacement. I have been dealing with them for a couple of years now and they do a terrific job!”
