Had a great experience from beginning to end with the staff at Audi Livermore. It was a pleasure having Alexander as my salesman and I found the sales manager Louis to be very helpful and accommodating. It was also easy to get different options and work with Gavin in the finance department. 5 Stars

They're THE BEST! I've been to Audi Dealerships in TX, NJ, CT, OH, ID, NY and TN! Audi Livermore is BY FAR THE BEST ONE! Rath, Ismael and Johnny the service manager are ALL GREAT!

I received excellent service at Audi Livermore. I live near Oakland and had just started an unplanned trip by car to LA due to my mother being admitted to ER with a life threatening condition. When I was near Livermore an alarm went off indicating my tire pressure was too low. Not wanting to get a flat in the boons but also worried about arriving in time, I decided to go to Audi Livermore to see if they could assist me. Wow! I am so thankful for Johnny who jumped into action to personally check my tire pressure, fill my tires and reset my car alarm. I was on my way in less than 30 minutes. I am so grateful for Johnny’s care and attention. Most importantly, Johnny’s kind and prompt assistance ensured I made it to LA in time.

Drove an hour and a half to go see this 2020 Corolla they had for sale. We expected the car to be near perfect since it only has 12k but we once we show up the car has the apparent windshield issue which was never disclosed. After pointing out the issue to the dealership, they try to play it off and say it is not that big of a deal. The car also had old dry rotted tires from 2019 which needed replacing for safety. We couldn’t work out a deal which is fine since we made an offer with the issues the car had and what is was worth with it’s issues. What really made my Fiancé and I upset was the manager, Gavin, being the stereotypical pushy salesmen showing us prices of what a brand new Corolla would cost even though we never asked. He then proceeds us to show us what new Corollas are “apparently” are selling for. He printed out prices off the dealer website of what brand new corollas were “selling” for even though it’s an Audi dealership that selling Audis.. He stated there was a $3k mark up on all Corollas to make the one he was selling seem like complete bargain! We knew for a fact is a lie since we had been car to various different dealers and NONE had a “dealer adjusted mark up” like how he started.” I then ask him why he was showing up these prices and he said he had a “buddy” that worked at a Toyota dealership and that’s what they were just “selling for.” To which I ask what Toyota dealership he was showing us the brand new Corollas off of and he said “I don’t know,” completely clueless as to say. Avoid this dealership at all costs, was just a huge waste of time.
