Latest Kayano styles (30 onwards) are hidious. They have taken design cues from high end trainers and made the heal of the shoe way too chunky. The chunky heals either come in white or some other vibrant colour that will look filthy the first time you wear them. Huge fail.

Good attention from the employee. There are few models, the prices are not cheap and the offers are quite mediocre. I've gotten better prices at other Asics outlets elsewhere.

I'm in the ASICS Outlet store in San Francisco Premium Outlets on the weekend. The store is busy, and the workers look like a bit of shorthand there! When I walked into the store, the store didn't look as details as the other sports stores like Nike, Under Armor, or Puma in the same outlet mall. I can tell the store is slightly messy compared to the other outlet stores. The workers are all very busy behind the cash registers. Only one worker on the floor tries to take all the questions that the customers may have! I like the brand. But I can't find anything inside the store I want to bring home. I am in the store for about 10 minutes and walk out with no purchase! I may have a better experience on the weekdays next time!

I had a very bad incident at ASICS today. The staff at billing counter was very rude.The boards representing the sale are so misleading. All the shoes are mixed up, fresh one and sales one.On providing the feedback to the staff, they its your fault you should read in a better way.And they also asked to have less attitude will we giving the feedback.Really horrible experience, would not recommend this store.

I'm a fan of Asics shoes but the store prices are the same if not more than what you can get online. The customer service at this particular store pales in comparison to neighboring stores. I received more help and guidance online than I did when I visited this Asics outlet.

Clean store with a nice selection of items. They will even match the online price if it is cheaper, so double check it. The sales staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately, they did have my size in the couple pairs of shoes I wanted, so I ended up ordering online.

I really like the new Asics shoes I bought. They feel so comfortable on my feet. Charlene helped me choose a pair to buy and she asked me to walk so she can see what the issue was with my foot. I tend to walk with my tippy toes because the pain in my heel and ankles. She found the perfect pair for me with a clearance on it too. Originally 120$ and bought them for only 70$. Good deal. Thank you Charlene for the help. You deserve a raise!
