False advertising, the window sign says additional 30% on clearance but employee will not honor inside . The employees did not had any reason why except mentioning minimum purchase of $350 was required but no where it was shown that there was a minimum purchase at the window sign or inside the store.Complete false advertising watch out

Rude staff, my daughter was playing around and one staff member grabbed my daughters hand. The other blond hair black chick said “Get your kid out of the store” like Excuse me?! Who these people they are LV? Horrible experience! Learn how to respect your customers. Stupid outlet store!

Saw a similar thing posted a couple of weeks back too. I came to the store and there were just one or two people in the entire store but the manager wasn’t letting other folks in. His behavior and attitude was so rude towards the customer that I was surprised to see how come Armani is offering such bad service. Hopefully they fix this soon or close the store cos such attitude doesn’t suit a brand like Armani.

Very friendly Staff always willing to help. I've shopped here many times and i keep going back because of their staff. The store manager Sheila and Alexa always with exceptional attitude that value you as a customer. Thank you!

hi this is singh . today i came here for shopping but guy on door (mack ) had no manner to talk with any body. he showed attitude with us. we requested to go inside but he said you are 3 person that's why don't get u inside. then he said i am the boss here thats my store . due to stupid employees like this armani exchange lost business n hopely shutdown soon

Service is super weird and rude most of the associates. There was only one nice guy but the rest were so rude. They really have the audacity to act like they're all that when they're just a tacky clothing store...like you're not even luxury? So yea that was a major factor to consider if you shop here they're all very stand offish, rude, and unwelcoming. Clothes aren't even cute idk why my dad loves it so much.

I hate to have to waste time in writing this review, but the management needs to know this unpleasant experience. It was very brief, but that's a reflection of what is to come if I was able to go in. I walked in on Saturday 10-2-21 at 6:15 pm and was approached with a a very rude greeting. Since the door was open I walked in and two young male employees turned to me and said " the store is full and you have to leave".........just that way. What a vulgar display of customer ignorance. With a response like that it was my pleasure to leave, and never coming back. They were apparently controlling the amount of people going in due to covid, but to rude is unacceptable. If you are the manager , it behooves you investigate who these rude employees are.
