You're getting what you pay for with this place. The pictures say everything, and while I can't say much about the staff, they did forget what room they gave me almost immediately. Honestly, one of the worst hotels I've ever been to.

I stayed in room 105 and the smoke detector was missing. The pink tile shower was filthy with old paint, moldy caulk and grout. I did not study the reviews and pics enough and I am sure that the 5 star reviews are questionable. Tip: bring a spray bottle of bleach or peroxide from Safeway across the street to spray in the shower so you feel safe to use it. If your have an issue with dirty walls, fabric on chairs, no pictures, faded paint on mirrors and doors, then do not stay here. It is amazing to me that people have given this hotel five stars. It is the filthiest hotel I have ever stayed in and I am 59 years old and traveled to many countries. The WiFi is good. The walking distance to local convenience shops and food is very good. But the room super stinks. Be sure to eat out to feel good about being such a cheap person to stay here. Or, pick one 20 bucks more and have some dignity in yourself.

Rooms: Everything is clean, comfortable, and basic. The only odd thing is that there is no closet, no hangers, and not even hooks in the bathroom to hang clothes or towels. Still a good choice for affordable lodging, of course, but a strange thing to be missing in a hotel.

This room was very dirty. Shower was half painted and moldy. Room looked like it had not been painted in several year. Very dingy place. Do NOT stay here

Wonderful! The staff is incredibly kind and welcoming. The location is perfect, within a walkable distance to town, making it convenient for exploring the area. The atmosphere is very peaceful, and the beds are extremely comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. They clean your room every day, maintaining a high standard of cleanliness. This place is also fantastic for families with children, providing a safe and enjoyable environment. I stayed there for a week and had a fantastic experience. Whether you're traveling alone, as a couple, or with your family, this place is highly recommended for a comfortable and pleasant stay.
Nearby activities: The pool is still under construction, but there are pools available downtown for your convenience. This place is very affordable compared to other hotels, offering great value for your stay.

Great location to fill so many of my needs while in Livermore. Basic accommodations, very kind folks, trying to be as helpful as they could be. The price was right in this current market and I am so grateful for easy accessibility to most everything needed within a hop, skip and jump away.

I made a reservation for a July three day event. A mistake was made with the reservation and it was only for one night. I reserved two nights. I called to speak to someone at the hotel, but she didn't even give me her name when I asked. She said it wasn't necessary for me to know her name. Sounded like she may have had a Filipino accent. She was extremely rude. I told her that I needed to add one more night to my reservation because of the event being three days, and a lot of us were coming from out of town. She said that she didn't see the reservation, and she refused to take the reservation number. She asked my name, I gave her as much information as I could. I was looking at the confirmation email as I was speaking to her.
She wanted to book the extra night the day I checked in but I explained that more than likely places were going to be sold out because of the event and I didn't want to wait until I checked in, in July, to add the extra night. She hung up on me!
Do not stay at this place! They are extremely rude and have zero customer service.

The rooms were very well kept. The bathroom was clean and organized well. The bedding was good. The pillows were a bit lacking but not bad. It's within very short walking distance of a strip mall, grocery store, hardware store, gas station, hospital, and more.

Practice overbooking.When booking via booking, you must therefore wait for confirmation from the hotel in order to be able to obtain a room.My reservation has been confirmed by the hotel.Once we arrived at the hotel, we were told that we would have to manage to sleep elsewhere because our room had been given to someone else.I'm not even sure I'll be reimbursed.Avoid if you don't want to sleep outside!!
