This was my 7th call to a local towing company. Debra answered promptly,Gave an estimate then sent out a driver within that same hour. Waited all day for AAA and other companies want to surge up the price. Highly recommended!

Hi,I'm Paulisha all my car needs are met by Allen&Son's in Livermore Ca. they are by far thee very best in the whole city! They are very professional,fast&they do there very best and getting you back on the road quickly while providing you with the best prices possible&keeping you informed about your vehicle while it's in there possession! In my opinion they are very honest and never try to drain your pockets like I have experienced from other shops over the years! I highly recommend them for your auto needs if I could rate them a 1000 stars they sure deserve it! The whole entire team is GREAT including baby Harley!!

I had several cars fixed here and they are not a quality repair shop. There are 2 owners. One has a an attitude and the other hides from confrontation. They are not dependable. I gave them trust on good faith and was let down each time. I had them rebuild a transmission and they never told me the warranty. Apparently it 12k miles or 12 months whichever comes first which I found out today. The transmission made it to 40 or 45k in about 6 months or so and started to slip. The transmission did not make it past 6 months. They used the 12k mileage as their escape from liability of s*** work. I highly do not recommend taking any vehicle for service or repair. They used cheap parts in this rebuild and wont own up to it. They charge you each time for a diagnostic and include it in the final price even if you do the work there. I have spent approximately 8k at this shop getting cars repaired only to have broken down cars. This place DOES NOT DO GOOD QUALITY HONEST WORK. RUDE A** OWNER AND CO OWNER HIDES BEHIND THE OWNER WHEN THINGS GO WRONG.

The bad reviews on the bussiness is so correct! I dealt with the rudest person ever in customer service. He had a accent, his name started with an A I believe, with long hair. He was the rudest, gave me dirty looks, was annoyed when I couldn't understand him bc he mumbled too! Took forever getting to my location. This place is the worst!
