It took a little bit of digging, but I found precisely what I wanted at an excellent price. Lots of selection, service is helpful and friendly. Overall, one of the few outlets at the mall that seems to be selling genuine clearance stuff instead of made-for-outlet garbage. I'll be back for more!

I have not only worn allbirds myself but have purchased for a friend who is in a nursing facility and had problems finding a comfortable shoe for walking. I replaced because he said this shoe was first comfortable shoe he had ever worn in his 92 years of life! Allbirds you made his life easier and happier! Here is hoping you turn things around and never give up! You are appreciated and loved!

My sister has been ranting and raving about these shoes, Birdies, that fit larger feet and I wanted to get some. However, I came to the wrong store, I was looking for birdies and found all birds. I was determined to visit so I drove down here and the people were nice when I went in. Their shoes run small so I had to get a men's shoe. It wasn't a fantastic feeling and I was told that I had 30 days to return them. I'm still looking forward to going to birdies. And my feet eventually adjusted to the shoes, and I've worn them since the purchase several times. But to have a shoe that runs small is a bad thing. The colors weren't fantastic, but I did get a color that was neutralish. But as far as comfy, they aren't the comfiest ever, however, they can become more comfy over time. But I probably won't come back.

Let me just start by saying that I dread going to the mall for an exchange/return after the holidays. When I stepped in the door I was immediately greeted by all the employees in the store. I had my fur-baby with me, whom they were all excited to welcome as well. Some stores I walk into with her, I get dirty looks as if I should leave her tied up outside (no thank you). I had a small exchange to make, as I was gifted an item a size too small. Although they did not have my size in the store, they offered to order it and have it shipped to my home. Did I mention I didn't have the receipt (as it was a gift)....well, they were super helpful with making it work for me. I gave them a little bit of information regarding the original transaction, and they were able to pull up the receipt and make the exchange. It was soooo easy and I truly appreciated the service. Once I was done, I looked around and of course ended up taking another pair home. If y'all haven't tried AllBirds, do it. They are so comfy, environmentally friendly and have amazing and fun colors/styles. If you want great service, stop by this location, they were great!

Very nice in store shopping experience. Size and color are easy to find and tidy area. Even my dog enjoys shopping here. Most items are 20% off.
