People in customer service and the service departments do not listen. I explained my issue to someone multiple times, and they still entered it into the notes incorrectly. When I didn't hear from the service department, I explained my issue again, only to read me the notes that had been put in incorrectly. It's like talking to a child.

Run! I wish I would’ve read reviews before signing a contract. Took over a business and was made aware of a bad sensor when I made the appointment to update my system i let them know i needed it fixed/replaced. I don’t think they even checked it. The alarm goes off every day multiple times a day. I’ve gotten phone calls at 4 am. My app doesn’t work so I can’t disarm from home. They supposedly fixed it but all they did was make it so I don’t get notified when it does go off so my landlord has had to come turn off the alarm. Now I’m forced to pay a minimum of $140 to get the sensor removed.

I've been paying for an "annual maintenance plan" for over 10 years. I rarely call for service, but when I called them to help with a malfunctioning sensor earlier this month, they said they would not cover the service call under my maintenance plan. The reason they gave was that I should have called them before I tried to fix the problem myself. The only problem I had with fixing it myself was I re-installed the sensor the wrong way. Needless to say, I'll be looking for a new alarm monitoring company who has better customer service.

For months trying to figure out why monitoring was not working. They tell me it is because ATT switched from 4g to 5g. So their equipment is not compatible which they sold to me! They were calling all odd hours including 3 am! Have been customer for 5 years and their system never worked. Now they wanted to signup for another 3 year contract so they replace the transmitter. They could have come and done and maybe I would still remain customer. When I decided to get another provider they never asked why or how they could keep business. They just wanted to get another of payment. For the same money i have better equipment and monitoring and I stop or switch anytime and no penalty. In this day and age business have moved on and they are guarding the old. Such a l*****

I called, we connected, then they ghosted me. While disappointing, I'm glad I found out early that they were not reliable.

We spent over $4000 on installing a security camera with All-Guard System two months ago. The notification system on the app never worked. It's been a few weeks that we are asking them to help us with the notification. They finally called and said they will charge us to come for a visit and getting the notification system fixed. EVERY APP has notifications. It's not a special feature. I don't know if they are scamming or what but why on earth someone would charge us for notifications especially that we have spent $4000 on the equipment to begin with?

Needed service on a non-monitored alarm system. After talking with 2 people and holding for 5 minutes was told they aren't taking new customers and hung up.

Bought a home with pre installed alarm system from All-guard. Previous owner cancelled service, but the alarm was never taken down. We had a power outage, and the alarm system went crazy. We could not turn it off because all functions were locked out when it was deactivated. I called the company and they said nothing they can do. I requested what if I want to sign up with you now and pay for the technician to come and take it. They said no, I had to wait till next day!!! I had to find big screwdriver to yank the panel open and cut off the wires. Imagine if I had paid for their service and got nothing in return. Recommend all homeowners to avoid them at all cost.

Comcast somehow disconnected the alerm wire allowing communication to All Guard when fire or break-in occurs. Keith did a great job using Facetine to explain the wiring involved. That helped me send a complaint to Comcast.

Old vendor for our building, clueless board members used them, they were in 2019 still installing COAX cameras instead of IP cameras on aged infrastructure. Probably cost us an arm and a leg. Also stay away from HIKVISION as they are BLACKLISTED by the US Government.

Had to have service come out and check our alarm-it randomly went off for for no reason one night. On the day of the appointment, AllGuard called in advance to advise that tech would be arriving in about 50 minutes. Technician did arrive on time and within the allotted window of time that they schedule. Technician/service manager, Keith Thorne, was polite, friendly and knowledgeable. He introduced himself, gave me a business card and explained what he would be doing to trouble shoot. Not only did Keith explain what he was doing he also gave me pointers and tips. Keith took his time to answer all my questions. Thank you Keith for providing such great service.
