Awful service...1 mo. for shirts to be done with screen printing, went there to pick it up, they had wrong spelling after I told them & I highlighted the spelling of last name on my receipt, geez!!! Smh, I don't even want to give a one star, but I have to so this comment could be posted!

It seems that quality uniform stores in the Bay Area are not a thing anymore. I was recently approved for new uniforms and equipment. I went here with a list of things I needed and was shocked at how much they did not have in stock. I thought an American flag pin was a standard thing they'd have, but nope. I was also surprised when I asked to order several standard pieces of equipment (like rain pants) they didn't have in stock. I was told they couldn't do that. Their staff was not knowledgeable either as they told me they didn't carry something that was hanging on the wall for sale. They also told me something did not exist when it was for sale in their store. Another employee thought a long sleeve shirt was an Ike jacket. For several of the things they did order me, they ordered the wrong one (which took way too long for them to even get), which clearly didn't align with the list of equipment I had given them. I had to ask numerous times for updates, and it took them multiple reminders. When I came to pick up my orders, most of the uniforms were wrong. They put blue namestripping on a black pair of BDUs, didn't do certain things I asked for, and had the wrong buttons on my shirt. Their tailoring skills weren't great either, as now I'm stuck with some bdus that fit like Santa Claus' pants. I also realized they did not alter or tailor several of the shirts in my order, despite me paying for it. I regret doing business here. Everything was a disaster. I previously had a good experience buying a gun here, but uniforms must be something else. The other thing noteworthy to mention was that one of their employees (Anna) was pretty rude to another male employee on several occasions I was there. I'm not sure why, but the way she belittled and spoke down to him was unprofessional, considering it was in front of customers. I thought maybe they were just having a bad day, but I'm guessing it's a regular thing since I saw it several times. Bottom line, I'd recommend checking out Code 3 Wear. Don't waste your time with this place, Concord Uniforms, Galls, or Curtis Blue Line.

This is the last time I try to give them my money. Last year they sewed the wrong agency badge on my uniform...a uniform I had to find myself because no one would help even point me in the right direction. Went last week to get sized for a vest (last vest of my career). I was the ONLY customer in the store and I could see 3 employees. When I told them which agency I worked for, they said they couldn't do it. Then I was told they could give me a vest someone else ordered but didn't pick up. I declined and they asked me to bring my old vest to match the sizing instead of taking 5 minutes to size me then. I'll be giving my money to LC Action or Summit, at least they seem to care about their customers.

I am very disappointed with my last few visits. The new Management and Staff are the worst I have ever seen. No one seems to know what they are doing, running around looking confused. One female employee was just sitting on her phone while a line of customers are waiting. The store is very messy and every item I came in for was out of stock. We thought things would be better once they got ride of the rude blond white lady but I now see her back from time to time. I will definitely be changing my department requirements to shop at the new store in Dublin.

When you're the monopoly, you get the privilege of treating your customers however you want and you get to set whatever rules benefit your company I guess. The hours are incredible difficult to manage if, like everyone else, you work. Closing at 5pm (the time usually people get off from work) AND weekends means you have to go during normal work hours, which makes it impossible to maneuver. Also, don't take tags off and try to return anything. They treat you like you stole the item and reject any attempts to refund or offer store credit. This business has a complete lack of interest in supporting those in law enforcement and the utmost interest with only making a profit. I'll be ordering online from now on.

Not happy with the service I received when picking up an order. While waiting behind one customer that was there at least 15 minutes before me, we waited as 5 employees walked past us, looked at us and continued on. Finally one employee at least addressed us and retrieved my order but left the guy in front of me waiting to pay for his purchase. My order was wrong and they had to fix it on the spot. Another 15 minutes. What should have been a 5 minute pick-up turned into a 40 minute goat rope. I was going to buy a holster from them, but decided to forego the lacking customer service. Probably won't go back.

This place sucks. The employees are hella rude, and they give inconsistent pricing. The price you get depends on the employee you talk to that day. I would much rather drive the extra 20 or so minutes and take my business to LC Action in San Jose.

Good selection of LEO firearms in stock and definitely the best prices compared to Solar Tactical. The facility is very clean and well organized with some great products typically in stock. The team at Adamson’s loves Freedom and the first responders that serve and protect it.
