I paid for pin & weld 2 barrels.As you can see on the picture, the barrel on the left, pin flew away on my first range..Right one didn't shoot any yet.Job was look weird compare to my other BCM & PSA P&W job.I drove nearly 200 miles to get the service, time, fuel, tolls

I recently had an excellent customer service experience with Gina from Accurate Arms. Our phone conversation was regarding a family transfer, and she provided clear, concise information in a patient and kind manner.Throughout the discussion, Gina was attentive, taking the time to answer all of my questions. The level of service I received from her was commendable and stands out from my experiences with other dealers, who often seem rushed or impatient.Even though I've yet to visit Accurate Arms physically, this positive interaction over the phone with Gina has made me eager to do so. Love how welcoming Bob and his wife are and Both very knowledgeable about the business as well as products. Definitely helped me purchase my first firearm gave me the whole run down of what's best for the price as well as protection for my family. Walked in to get a retainer spring. Talked to a few people and ended up getting it at a cheaper price then anywhere. The staff was excellent, helpful and very friendly. I found my new gun shop. By far the best customer service and attitude I've been around in the gun world. Also very knowledgeable and helpful!

Was looking to just get a retrofit/upgrade done on an old AR. Just happened to come across Accurate Arms while searching the interwebs. Came down, met Bob and found out he does cerakoting as well. Sent him my idea of what I was looking for and executed flawlessly. Sending my work his way soon!
