The manager, prescilla, was great in helping us find some jeans. We had some okay experiences with other than employees there - but precilla went above and beyond for us. She also checked in on us a few times and apologized for the other employees’ behavior towards us.

This is not a real outlet, many items on normal price and the clearance section is so messy, I don’t recomment it at all.

First time came this location date 11/04/22 and they are close at 8:00pm we came from here from 100 miles distance and we visited in store arround at 7:30pm and we brought some clothes here and paid it and go out from store and we brought one jacket for winter and some other stuff then we thinking we need to buy one more jacket for my brother we just thinking we need to to buy same jacket which one we already bought but different size that time time is 7:50pm but they are close at 8:00pm so the 10 minute left then we just enter again in store and then the girls told us very rudely behavior shen told we are close have a good night we feel she did our insults because her talking wayis very different we request her we are come little far from this location and we already know what we want we just go and grab and pay like every thing we can finish in 2 minutes because we know about the jacket and we know about size but she said we are close bit that time is 7:50pm and i am long haul truck driver and I visited too many premium outlets outside California but i am not see that Kind of rudely service anywhere honestly this store staff have no manners and they don’t know how to handle Coustmer and they make oun hours for closing and then we go CK store after that time 7:55pm on clock and they are welcome us very friendly and very respectfully and they have also hrs for closing at 8:00pm but they give us permission for shopping at 7:55pm so honestly we are not happy from Coustmer service from store Abercrombie & Fitch and this bad service gave us by girl honestly we are not going this store in future and if i have any options for -10 star then i gave them-10 stars

Never seen mess like that at the shop. You have to watch your step, to not walk over clothes.Quality is not the same anymore, everything looks like pajama.
