Reinvent your wardrobe here! I was helped by such an amazing team and it was bonus that I managed to get a great deal. I will never buy anything there again, I always bought jeans from them before. I recently bought 3 pairs of jeans at the Livermore outlet, and after trying one pair better at home, I decided to return it. Imagine my surprise when I didn’t receive the money back, but received a card with this amount, which I can only spend in their store. No self-respecting company has such a return policy. You guys need to seriously reconsider your company's marketers, who can offer such terrible return conditions, thanks to which you are losing customers. Don't buy anything from this store, if you suddenly change your mind, it will be your new headache!

I didn’t buy anything but what set this store apart was Cecilia! She is so nice. getting a smile on a hot day when you walk in and offering to put your clothes away after you try them on was just such a nice gesture that is hardly seen anymore.

WOW! What an amazing shopping experience! This store was super organized and found everything I needed. Victor was the best! He helped me find everything I needed and was super friendly and gave me lots of different suggestions and was super attentive and focused on giving me the best experience. I walked out with more than I thought I would. $500 worth! If you go into this location, ask for Victor. He completely enhanced my in-store customer experience!

This review is SOOOOOO overdue, but I always say better late than never!!This review goes to Melinda Sims. She goes above and beyond her job position. She's sweet, attentive, kind, and super helpful. She remember our name throughout our shopping experience. Plus, she remembered us even when we called a month layer asking about my partner's jean.She took time out of her business schedule (during the month of December) to help my partner find the Jean he wanted. Taking photos and sending it to him. Going through multiple jeans and finally finding the one he wanted, but they didn't have his size. Who does that now a days?She takes pride in helping each and every client/customer find the perfect pair of jeans.All in all, she makes me feel like I been seen and heard. That's very rare in this time and age. Thank you so much, Melinda and I sincerely apologize for not writing this review sooner.

Melinda and Oliver delivered excellent service when I came in Labor Day weekend! They got me a shirt that they ran out of all the way from Florida and even sent me a card of appreciation. They were helpful and friendly at the store and will definitely be coming back! Also, like to point out that even though the drive was a bit far, it was worth the drive with the sales they had on Labor Day. Thanks again y'all!

The jeans are super comfortable. Well worth the premium price. Good deals are available sometimes where we paid like less than half price.
