I give it a star because I tried to buy gasoline and it is supposedly 24 hours open and at the time I came to buy it was closed for that they must have more staff so that it really is 24 because The employee occurs to close the store

says your open 24 hours, that's a downright lie I'm in the parking lot right now and you're just sitting in the janitor closet watching people try to come inside, looking at us like we're crazy! do your job or change your hours to say "Open when we feel like it". I'll take my business elsewhere.

I tried to get gas and redeem my 7-11 points, which wasn't available to use yet, but besides the point of gassing up regardless. However, when my pump reset, they refunded my money and made me gas up elsewhere...
I can't use the link you provided. Have a upper management visit that store and find out how bad it is yourself, as I'm much too busy to figure this out and if there's no reward, than what's the point... ??♂️

the store would be great if they had new employees, the people there are so rude never in my life 30 years of like have a felt uncomfortable at a inconvenience store 0/10 stop by somewhere else. i feels so creepy going .

Filled up quickly without any problems. Didn't need to go inside so were on the road within minutes. Easy breezy.

The employee said their restrooms aren’t working but clearly they taken the restroom sticker off the doors, isn’t it California law that gas stations close to major highways have to have sanitary and working restrooms? Where do I place a formal complaint?

If I could give this gas station 0 star I WOULD. The worst customer service ever. Went in there after trying to use the card machine and all they said was "then try another pump" and I said I already changed it to another pump and their response was "then come in and pay maybe the card machine doesn't work" I'm such speechless like can you at least go out and try to fix the problem? Went in there with the money and there's was 3 customer in front of me but they didn't even bother helping us like wtf if you don't want us here then let us know. I gave him $50 but it stopped at $40 like omg went in there again!! And he said "but I put $40 on your pump" like does it look like I'm lying to you I just want to go home! I AM SO OVER THIS PLACE NEVER COMING HERE!

Cashier was very rude and made my wife and I feel uncomfortable and dumb because we put our grillers in the wrong container and then transferred our food to another container and threw away our original container. It made no sense to us to waste a box that was already being used. Luckily the 2nd cashier come over and finished our transaction otherwise it would have barely been a 1 star review
