“this is the best financial institution I've ever been to when it comes to getting a car loan. they are very efficient and helpful. when other banks in the area treated me like a second class citizen, this branch treated me as a welcome customer. it's disgusting how banks treat customers today. this branch is a wonderful exception. I understand it is a credit union, but if they had business banking I would be able to do away with other banks entirely.”

“Stopped in during a busy time of day, but they're doing s lot of things we'll. 1. Security guard welcoming folks in and opening doors. It's small things like this that make banks more humane. 2. Love the mural on the wall, Wells clearly has its roots planted in Yuba city, and this mural is evident of the investment they've made to support local business and culture. 3. Young lady came over to ask if I needed help, and assisted another customer making a deposit. I don't bank here, but if I lived local, I'd give them my business. Corporations like Wells Fargo are known for allowing corporate culture to flow down from the top, then using this blueprint across the nations without paying attention to the local community. Wells Fargo should take a closer look, and have this branch serve as an example for others to follow. Spoke to the business relationship banker, turned this 4 star review into a 5!”

“Love them, they have always been very helpful. I will never go back to the other branch. I had some fees that were incurred do to them putting a hold on a check that I had deposited at the other branch even tho I was told there would not be a hold and it had posted the next day then they pulled the funds. They were very helpful throughout the whole ordeal. Once the check hold was lifted I still had lots of fees added to my account, I went in and they were very helpful and promptly resolved my issue. I didn't get any of their names, but they were all very nice.”
“I always have a nice experience at this location. I have not had any interactions with their bankers or other personal other than the tellers so this is about them. They always greet me with a smile and cheerful disposition. It seems I always deal with a different teller every time I come here, I don't know if they a high turnover or just a lot of cashiers. If you want to deal with a bank with friendly customer service come to Chase bank. BTW if you like to bank Saturdays be aware they will close at 2 P.M. instead of 4 P.M. starting October 2022.”

1100 Butte House Rd, Yuba City“BEST thing about this bank is the ATM Drive thru!!!!!!!!! I love coming here, it is very easy and extra convenient when you don't want to get out of your car! They do have a huge parking lots and there are two extra ATM's to walk up to! Plus it is in the same shopping center as the mall, so you can run a lot of errands same day or same area as needed :) Btw, haven't been inside a branch in years... I do all my banking Online and only need the ATM. They have excellent services available online and the new mobile app is very convenient for me. No complaints for customer service lol.”
