Not sure how this dump got good reviews, in the past I heard poor reviews, unfortunately I found out the hard way, bed bugs lice and rodents. Very poorly maintained

We recently purchased a lien sale unit from this facility that has turned into a nightmare. Buyers are required to pay a 100.00 cleaning deposit, and are required to clear the unit within 72 hrs. The employee ( Meagan ) give us until Saturday to clear the unit.
While every storage facility charges 10.00 for a lock, Meagan charged us 20.00 for the same lock. After loading several bags of clothes in our van we discovered items that indicated a bedbug and lice infestation, not to mention rat and mice dropping on the floor and bags. Because we had to fumigate our van we were not able to meet the saturday dead line. We contacted Meagan and explained the situation and offered to pay for the rest of the month. Meagan was rude and refused to allow us to pay for the rent, and said if the unit is not cleared by 5pm that day we would forfeit the unit and our 100.00 deposit. She showed no concern about the rat/ mouse dropping or the lice and bedbug problem.I would in no way recommend this facility to renters or buyers. There are many many storage facilities throughout the area that provide much cleaner units

Friendly service, clean facility, flexible with my payday and reasonably priced, all in all pretty great, just wish the front gate stayed open a little longer, but that probably helps keep it safe.

This place is ridiculous with there prices ....75 bucks if your past 7 pm ....not to mention the rudeness...friend of mine hit the punch clock at the gate at 6:59 pm so he wouldn't have to pay the 75$ so what did they do ? They charged him 75$ for some accidently trash that was left due to the rush to get out...so he had to pay anyways!!! WTH is wrong with you people...? Not to mention there isn't anything saying trash left behind is 75$ either...just sayin....

Nice, modern, clean facility. However the entrance is so bad, it's a wonder Sutter county approved it. Not only is it far too narrow to get anything larger than a car in and out of, it is set so close to HWY 99 that it is pretty dangerous entering and exiting with anything other than a passenger car. Not only this, but there is literally one parking space for non handicapped and one for handicapped to visit the office. Again, who was paid off for the county to approve this? My other peeve is that there is no credit for vacating early. I paid $150 for 3 days storage. I would say shop around for alternative storage if you can because of these two reasons. Many storage facilities will give credit for vacating early and 99 percent of facilities have better ingress and egress.

Today on Veterans Day I went to my storage to drop off an item. The storage lady came speeding around the corner and stopped at me an said” I know your a value customer and all but you need to slow down when driving thru here. I just looked at her confused wondering if I was speeding thinking back. She then in an insane attitude have a nice day and drove off. I went to office to complain and found out that was the manager. When I asked for her boss’s contact info she started to a Hollywood production acting like she was scared and called the cops on me. All I wanted was the info to contact her boss. As I was leaving she antagonized me saying what are you scared the cops coming. I said no I just wanted to get contact info for your boss. She didn’t even give it to me. All the note had was Info @extrage. Com. This is how they knowing treat a disable marine veteran. They don’t like men there. If you go in there take your wife with you cause they are men discriminating type of people. Go look for yourself.ask to see the video.

Easy setup, pleasant interaction with the manager (very nice person!), reasonable storage rates, relatively pest free (anything present was expected: spiders on occasion, some dust, some rodent droppings near the front but nothing at all back more than 2 feet from the door -- in other words, nothing I would not expect when renting a non-climate-controlled storage unit). It appeared never to get too hot inside, not even during the massive heat wave this year. No break-ins. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat.

I got out at 7:01 pm they charged me $75.00 I thought that was little of them. They'll charge you for everything they can get their hands on.
