Customer wanted chain hangers installed on his trailer. I quoted him 175 each trailer to hang them. After he brought the trailer he asked if I could build the hangers myself. I did all the work on 2 trailers and charged $400 each trailer, he claimed he had a quote from a dealership for $300, which was a lie, then he took 7 weeks to pay his bill. After he finally paid his bill he decided to trash talk my business even though we did an amazing job on his trailer and charged him less than any other company had quoted him. ACG is owned and ran by a man that thinks that he does not have to follow the same rules as everyone else, he also doesn't pay his bills on time.
