“Brought my car in for a diagnostic, my check engine light was flashing on and not sounding good at all. They were able to find the issue within 2 hours, out the shop and up and running in 3 hrs! Every other mechanic in town were "too busy" or weeks out! Bill is super nice, it was my first time having a great experience at a mechanic shop, will definitely be recommending and my go to for any future needs! I didn't have my purse and he doesn't like banks so that's literally all we had on us. He told the guy taking the tires off and he went to talk to the owner (I'm guessing). He told us don't worry about it bring it back when we could. Who does that?!! We are very happy with the tires we bought but also with the customer service. “Shout out to the TF Tires team here in exeter, you won’t find better customer service anywhere else. They had a load of vehicles today and mine was one of them. I brought my vehicle in at 8 for a tire repair but due to a system change and the employees getting used to the new system it had been forgotten. Now even with that happening I still can’t thank them enough, someone stole my spare tire just yesterday and I needed it so I could bring in my damaged tire another day when I had money. But was forced to bring it in sooner, they did the repair for free due to the delay and showed how much they care for their customers. No matter , delay or no delay these guys will always take care of you and your vehicle with utmost respect and professionalism and that means more to me than one can imagine. So to the TF Tire team in exeter, thank you ? you guys have always been amazing and I appreciate it. You guys have my respect and gratitude?”

Thank you. And they made sure to tell me to just come in (no appointment needed) for free rotation/5000 miles. Guy wanted me to get the most of my tires, etc. They did not try to sell me extra stuff and I love that.”

“The service was good. Customer service was clear and straight to the point. I needs to change my flat tire for a new one and they did it fast.Maria who was at the front desk was really nice and was going to wait for me when I get to the shop. I told her I was going to be there, perhaps five minutes before the time they close and she said it was okay. I am glad I called, otherwise I think they wouldn't give me the service I needed. I do recommend this plays. They really care about their customers.”
