(I already wrote a review, BUT I deleted it. I'm writing a new one.)David was patient when he had to pack medication for 3 people. He didn't seem annoyed in the slightest.Stephenie patiently explained how to take medication that was new to us. She was also kind to my niece, which was nice to see.Cassie was talkative and kept a smile on her face while scanning our items. She has a great sense of humor as well.With wonderful workers like them, I definitely had a good experience at Rite Aid. Would definitely recommend coming here for your medication or just to shop around.

The staff at this pharmacy is so kind & knowledgeable. They go out of their way to make sure I receive my medication in a timely manner & if they don't have it in stock they check other locations to help me get it quickly. They understand that a patient is there for medical needs & helps them meet those needs. Thank you Rite Aid Pharmacy in Lindsay staff.

The manger lady was very rude I bought a gift card and when I tried to redeem it the card didn’t go through so I went back and she told me that gift cards aren’t refundable and that “I buy at my own risk” so I kindly asked her if I could buy another gift card and activate it infront of her in which she told me she same thing “ you buy at your own risk” and that “she doesn’t have time for this”

The older woman working in the pharmacy with blondish hair is incredibly unprofessional. Snarky and absolutely seemed to treat me differently because of the medication I was picking up. Extremely condescending, treated me like I was 10 years old despite me being a grown man. I'm also quite certain she pretends she can't do something to help just because she didn't like me because when I asked someone else, voila ! They did help me. Just so rude and I dread having to deal with her and always hope to get someone else to help because frankly I don't trust her. She's in the wrong line of work.

This particular Rite Aid in Lindsay is my pharmacy of choice even though I live 3 cities west of Lindsay. There are 3 Rite Aids between my house in Visalia and this location however the expertise of Ken, the Pharmacy Manager and his staff of well informed technicians and other pharmacists are absolutely the best. The kindest and most caring people in my world outside of my family and closest friends. In fact, I do consider them my friends.

If I could I would give it 0 stars. I came in today with my family to get some beer and one of the workers claimed we couldn't buy it because we all touched it. Not sure how that makes since. And continued to ask everyone for their ID. I'm pretty sure she was being racist. Do not recommend coming here with racist.

I rarely leave reviews on stores I just do it if the experience was awesome or if it was the worst.Unfortunately this time I have to do it for negative matters, if I could leave Zero stars I would do it, I’ve been a costumer of ride aid for soooo many years that I’m pretty sure the employees know me already. One of my priorities as a costumer service representative is always help my costumers as best as possible, you can ask around the city and people that know will tell you this. I feel like leaving reviews on a certain product, brand or in this case employees is so they can improve their performance and costumer service, because let’s be honest who wants to experience a bad service? Nobody.A couple days ago my mom called to order a refillon a prescription, usually I do it but this time shecalled, the person who attended her phone calldidn't even answered the phone properly, the wayshe was talking and asking questions was on aRUDE tone, since my mom didn't have theprescription number she usually just gives themthe name of the medication, so the employee justasked her really rude "La medicina?" Which means"the medicine?" Which is a very unprofessionalway to ask "what was the medication you wouldlike to order?" My mom processed to give her themedication name to what she responded, «it'll beready till tomorrow" my mom didn't even got thechance to say thank you when this lady hung upon her face, I know this because I was presentwhen this happened, when I went to pick up themedication I asked her name, her name is Chrisand I know she's been there for a long time andbarely came back to this location or barelyreturned to work but I think she needs to work on her attitude towards costumers. Management needs todo something about this.And of course I will call and make a propercomplaint about this.And don't get me wrong usually we get a goodservice here, but this time I'm not sure what happened ❤️❤️

I have had nothing but EXCELLENT service from both the associates out on the floor and at the registers. I have had the same great attention from the pharmacy folks. I realize that I am not the only person that needs to pick up medications so we sometimes need a little patience, but the pharmacy techs work very hard to get out needed medications. I recall a time when my elderly stepfather desperately needed a certain medication and I know that they worked extra hard to get it out as soon as possible.I am greeted with SINCERE "hellos" and some employees even know me by name now. I would mention all these employees by their names here, too, but I don't want to accidentally skip a name. Helpful, kind, and friendly... that has been my experience.
