I went in with a flat that I had to drive on for miles. When I got there. They told me I had to wait atleast 2 hours to get one tire switched.

I came in here asking for a quote on how much for them to replace my headlight bulb because it had gone out, the girl asked me the make of my car and year I told her the model,make, & year and she proceeded to quote me 300$ if not more.. that because it’s really difficult & you need to take off the bumper to do it.. I tried telling her you don’t have to take off the bumper because my car is a semi newer car.. but she wasn’t listening what so ever.. so I left & went to the mechanics across them and they charged me 25$ and did it in under 4 minutes.. I’ve never done a review before but I could say that if you’re a young girl like myself don’t waste your time going there.. quoted 300$ and got it done for 25$ at the mechanics across from them.. them I do recommend girls !! (: I just saved myself 275 buckssss.

The service was good. Customer service was clear and straight to the point. I needs to change my flat tire for a new one and they did it fast.Maria who was at the front desk was really nice and was going to wait for me when I get to the shop. I told her I was going to be there, perhaps five minutes before the time they close and she said it was okay. I am glad I called, otherwise I think they wouldn't give me the service I needed. I do recommend this plays. They really care about their customers.

They will never steer you wrong! They don’t tell you a bunch of stuff needs to be fixed when it doesn’t & prices are amazingly far! I have never had an issue with the work I get done & I have never been gouged. You will not be disappointed by coming to Alex!
