Unprofessional. Tellers and management seemed to have no problem talking bad about those who came in "8 minutes to closing" loud enough for everyone in line to hear. It's one thing to have a customer make the comment. But when the teller helping them and BOTH managers behind the bench decide to echo it loudly with additional snide remarks and looks, that is just not okay. When you're the only branch in the area open on a Saturday, expect that people will come in last minute and choose to be kind. I wasn't even able to even get the help I needed because I apparently needed an appointment? A fact that I was not told the first time I attempted to get my business done. I was told just to return with the paperwork and it would be a simple fix.

I can only say positive things about the branch personnel.
Especially Branch Manager and V.P. Brian Sheets went beyond his duty to help me a number of times to handle important issues on a very short notice.

Find another bank!I've been banking with Wells Fargo for 15 years, have over twelve accounts with them across numerous businesses, and this branch is the worst I've ever dealt with. If you show up in the afternoon on any weekday you'll see a line nearly out the door and there should be a sign that says 20 minute wait or more from this point. The other day I came in to get a document notarized and while the line was as long as usual, I wasn't there for a teller. After being completely ignored by the office staff a tall blond woman walked by and I asked how I could see someone about their notary service. She kept walking and said, "I have no one to help you." When I asked how I could get help she pointed at the teller line and brusquely said, "wait in that line and make an appointment." Wow, pretty rude.So I left and went to Umpqua Bank (where I have some personal accounts) whereupon they greeted me upon entry and helped me get it done in five minutes. My advice, bank elsewhere until they can lean how to be polite and hire enough people to handle their client load.

If only there was an option for 0 stars. My daughter has an account here, and they're refusing to release the money, their branch officers are racist and lazy. Now they are withholding my daughters money and i've had to get my attorney involved. Wells Fargo is absolute trash! I'd rather place my money in a Silicon Valley Bank. DO NOT BANK THERE!!!

This branch does not understand the people aspect of their business. I prefer to drive 20 minutes to a Roseville branch, that is how much I detest dealing with this bank. The tellers are robotic and do their job satisfactorily but the managers are horrible. Do not go to this branch, you will be sorry sooner or later. Awful treatment from management. I kept giving them a chance because they are close to my home but they disappoint me first, and then infuriate me all in one visit. It's all about their attitude. At least they are consistent, you know what you are going to get every time you go in.

This branch never has enough tellers open. Many people sitting behind a desk. Which I'm sure they are budy, but really - take 5 minutes to help the ten customers standing in line.

Great experience! Miranda did a great job and took care of all of my banking needs. Not only met, but exceeded my expectations.

This review is only for the Manager Brian Sheets: Amazing service. He went above and beyond in helping me with a torn $20 bill I received out of an ATM machine. Thanks for explaining the Federal Laws in regards to ATM’s.

My "usual" Wells Fargo branch is temporarily closed due to the virus thing, so this is the next closest one I've got available. I've been going to the other one for something like seven years and everyone knew me by name so as you might expect, I wasn't exactly overjoyed to have to go to a new branch where no one knew me - and to do so wearing a mask! I've been to this branch four times now and have been happy overall. They've got all the usual virus things in place - spit/sneeze/cough barriers for the tellers, marks on the floor every 6 ft, reminder signs, etc. If the weather supports it, they leave the front doors open too - one less thing to touch!

Further info on Wells Fargo Bank. Seems my negative statements were really UNDERSTATED, the thieves at Wells Fargo got away with their RAPE and were "let off the hook" by paying a fine. The stockholders paid ONE BILLION DOLLARS and the executives were not jailed. How is that for justice. I suggest the employees at the branch level should be instructed to address their customers by apologizing for the skulduggery as dictated by the Board and its minions. A breakup of this bank is a must. May 2018 There appeared another article in the Wall Street Journal - guess what! WFB has just been fined $1 BILLION for theft, executives misdirection of employees, credit card, mortgage, auto insurance, auto finance etc, etc. And the same executives are looking into the problem. JAIL. IS. THE. BEST. OFFSET. FOR. BASTARDS SUCH. AS. THESE. THEY. CAN. SHOW. BIG.BUGGA. HOW. TO. OPERATE. ON. THE. OUTSIDE.
