The girl that manages the beauty department is amazing! She is always extremely helpful and gives me personalized recommendations for my skin. She is the main reason i choose this location for all my beauty products.

Had to visit this pharmacy 4 times to obtain a vaccine. They keep claiming there was no prescription, then I brought in a prescription from my doctor and they claimed it was an “order”. My wife had the same issue so after 2 times we decided to go to the CVS in Target and they agreed the document was in fact a prescription and they added it to their system.
Hopefully Walgreens corporate notices these issues from many customers or this location will likely fold when competition arrives.

If I could give them a zero, I would. Absolutely trash customer service and it’s a reoccurring theme. They are slow and inefficient. The manager needs to be held accountable for not holding their team accountable in creating a decent/average experience for their customers.
I attempted 3 times to contact the pharmacy and they act like they are the busiest store in the world. The 3 times I called, they would put me on hold and shortly after hang up.
So, I would go to the store assuming they must be slammed. Lo and behold, there is one customer in line and they are just chatting away behind the counter. It is embarrassing to say that this is the standard set in my town for a good customer experience. I hope Walgreens takes a hard look at this store and does something about this.
I will be moving my prescription over to Lincoln Pharmacy and I would recommend you all do so as well.
Lincoln pharmacy is what I expect when it comes to my health and experience.

This is to the pharmacy. Just skip this place clearly the other reviews say it all. I go here to fill one of my dogs meds as I use good RX. I sent my fiancé tonight WITH A WRITTEN SCRIPT from my Dr signed and all and he gets denied. Why you may ask? Because we have to call it in since it was called in last time. I say okay and I go ahead and give them a call since I work at the vet clinic and the same guy who “helped” my fiancé obviously knows who I’m talking about and rambles on VERY annoyed because we just had to call it in. I explain the point of a written script is you go in and pick it up he lets me know the license number wasn’t on there I let him know yes it was (we make these all day okay) and I have the exact copy pulled up on my computer. I ask if he would like it and he says well I don’t have the prescription anymore do I and I said clearly not since you denied it and he asks if I want to do a verbal (they close in 9 mins obviously no point & I leave at 5 am tmrw morning so..) I ask what we can do next time to avoid this or do we need to call it in every single month because I’ve never heard about that before and never had any other clients complain about issues w their written scripts. Anyways I ask for his name and he says mhm and hangs up on me. Mind you these are meds we absolutely can not stop (and it says that on the script) thank god I will have one extra by the time I’m back in town. If you truly hate your job why do you work there? Maybe Walgreens should hire someone who actually wants to do their job. This could have gone so much smoother and I’m still wondering where the problem was other than the fact he simply didn’t want to fill anything as they closed in half an hour at that time. Pretty flabbergasted at how rude this interaction was and I have never gotten hung up on in my life. After this I will NEVER be going back. So beware before coming here and the prediction prices are much more expensive than other places!!

I just had the best experience at this pharmacy, I had to pick upSeveral meds all were ready. My kids were being extra insane one crying about not getting a toy and the other rolling on the floor , I had to dump out my entire wallet to find my id . Bryan at the counter was so kind he talked to my kids and entertained while I searched for my id , he was extremely kind and helpful!

Terrible terrible service again. My fault for not changing my Rx to a different pharmacy. MD put RX in on 1/5/23. By 1/7/23 still not filled. I went in person and they were out of stock of the medications. They ordered it and said it would the next day after 3:00pm. I called 1/8 at 3:49 pm and they said the Rx was in and they would fill it right away. Arrived 5:00pm and Rx had not been filled. Here I sit after 1 hour still waiting for the pharmacy Tech Bryan to fill the RX. Bryan is extremely rude, curt and insensitive to patients. I witness one patient after another be talked down to and dismissed. Horrible!

Walgreens is having issues as a whole due to loss. I ordered an online delivery and three of the four products weee out but not in their inventory. The growing theft issue is impacting the Lincoln store. Slaps on the hands are not the deterrents needed to stop this issue which is now affecting Lincoln residents.

the worst pharmacy customer service ever. They don't care one bit about you. when they are serving you they give you the feeling your bothering them. Dont waste your time with them. Go somewhere else. They are not worth your time.

I'm done with this place. I have given this Walgreens FIVE individual chances at getting my medication on time. I went to pick up a medication (which they said was ready three hours before) and it wasn't ready. I had to wait awhile for it so I'm done I hope you find this helpful.

I would give negative stars if I could. The pharmacist here is always rude and has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Don't come here. Pick up your medication somewhere else.. the Rocklin location is much better and worth the extra drive.

Quite honestly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever encountered. They have never been on time with filling a prescription, barely answer the phone, and can never help customers in the store or in the drive thru in a timely manner. I’m pretty sure it would take less time for a sloth to fill a prescription than whoever works here.
