Terrible terrible service again. My fault for not changing my Rx to a different pharmacy. MD put RX in on 1/5/23. By 1/7/23 still not filled. I went in person and they were out of stock of the medications. They ordered it and said it would the next day after 3:00pm. I called 1/8 at 3:49 pm and they said the Rx was in and they would fill it right away. Arrived 5:00pm and Rx had not been filled. Here I sit after 1 hour still waiting for the pharmacy Tech Bryan to fill the RX. Bryan is extremely rude, curt and insensitive to patients. I witness one patient after another be talked down to and dismissed. Horrible!

Walgreens is having issues as a whole due to loss. I ordered an online delivery and three of the four products weee out but not in their inventory. The growing theft issue is impacting the Lincoln store. Slaps on the hands are not the deterrents needed to stop this issue which is now affecting Lincoln residents.

the worst pharmacy customer service ever. They don't care one bit about you. when they are serving you they give you the feeling your bothering them. Dont waste your time with them. Go somewhere else. They are not worth your time.

I would give negative stars if I could. The pharmacist here is always rude and has the worst customer service that I have ever experienced. Don't come here. Pick up your medication somewhere else.. the Rocklin location is much better and worth the extra drive.

I'm done with this place. I have given this Walgreens FIVE individual chances at getting my medication on time. I went to pick up a medication (which they said was ready three hours before) and it wasn't ready. I had to wait awhile for it so I'm done I hope you find this helpful.

This location must be short handed for months now. My refills are taking longer and longer. And they usually have one person at the counter. I hear frustrations from others. Anyone recommend another pharmacy in the area?

I made an appointment using Walgreen's online appointment system to get Covid, RSV & Flu vaccinations. Appointment was made & Walgreen's sent me reminders about it. Arrived at appointment & was told that the pharmacy did not have Covid or RSV vaccines. None of that was communicated to me before. That's poor customer service & poor management. A simple system should be in place to reserve a dose when the appointment is made.

Horrible horrible horrible!! The pharmacy has horrible service!!!! Always a 25 minute wait just for you to finally make up to the window and or walk up window for them to say it'll be another 30 minutes!!!! And this is literally the same experience the last three times I've been in there!!! They don't answer their phones!!! Horrible!! What's so crazy is as was waiting inside in the line I saw a gentleman drive up to the window he waited at window nobody even acknowledged him so he parked drove in and got the same treatment he left a complaint!! I asked for the pharmacy managers card I got a torn piece of paper with the name Preet on it! That's it!! No card no number just if you want to talk to her find all the info yourself!!!! Horrible their customer service is horrible!!!!' If I could give no stars I would!!!!

Very nice and helpful staff .But they need some help on receiving incoming calls . But it's a lot better than it used to be on most days

The pharmacy was ridiculous. Orders were submitted day before nothing was ready certain prescription was not available. Waited about an hour just to go home with Tylenol and ibuprofen while the other medication was not available. This will be my first and last time coming here.

Ordered refill of rx on Sunday which I had refills remaining. On Monday was told to call pharmacy as they were both able to fill rx. After being on hold for 20 minutes was asked name, DOB and rx which I wanted refilled. They said no problem, we're on it. When I inquired as to why I had to call given there were refills remaining I was told "our system is not very user friendly" and I would have to call and be on hold for unknown amount of time each time I wanted to refill my rx, even with refills remaining. Fast forward to Wednesday when my rx is still "in process". I call the pharmacy and after being on hold for 25 minutes I drive to the pharmacy, while still on hold. At the 35 minute mark I am helped in person, still on hold, and ask who is answering the phone. The girl states "oh we're busy. No one can answer the phone". I ask about my rx and she walks away, answers my call and states it'll be a minute. She then hands me my medication. When I ask what time the medication was prepared she said "just now". So it took you all of 30 seconds to get my rx together when I'm here in person and yet you can't seem to make it when I call it in three day's earlier? This was the final push to get me to move away from Walgreens. Good riddance.

Literally choose any other pharmacy if you want to get your medication.Their service is very slow and when you call in advance to get your prescription filled, it's never ready when you come to pick it up. Even when you call multiple days in advance!

Whoever is in charge of this pharmacy should be fired. No one EVER answers the phone! Every time I try to fill a prescription I get a text message hours later that there is a billing issue, can't call to ask why since no one answers the phone so I have to drive down there, and magically when I get there, there is no issue hut now I have to wait 30 minutes. They don't process the automated monthly prescriptions either. They always say they are short staffed but I have stood in line for 30 minutes and watched 4 of them them huddled together chatting. This pharmacy is literally useless, just close down!
