If I could give them a zero, I would. Absolutely trash customer service and it’s a reoccurring theme. They are slow and inefficient. The manager needs to be held accountable for not holding their team accountable in creating a decent/average experience for their customers.I attempted 3 times to contact the pharmacy and they act like they are the busiest store in the world. The 3 times I called, they would put me on hold and shortly after hang up.So, I would go to the store assuming they must be slammed. Lo and behold, there is one customer in line and they are just chatting away behind the counter. It is embarrassing to say that this is the standard set in my town for a good customer experience. I hope Walgreens takes a hard look at this store and does something about this.I will be moving my prescription over to Lincoln Pharmacy and I would recommend you all do so as well.Lincoln pharmacy is what I expect when it comes to my health the experience.

This is to the pharmacy. Just skip this place clearly the other reviews say it all. I go here to fill one of my dogs meds as I use good RX. I sent my fiancé tonight WITH A WRITTEN SCRIPT from my Dr signed and all and he gets denied. Why you may ask? Because we have to call it in since it was called in last time. I say okay and I go ahead and give them a call since I work at the vet clinic and the same guy who “helped” my fiancé obviously knows who I’m talking about and rambles on VERY annoyed because we just had to call it in. I explain the point of a written script is you go in and pick it up he lets me know the license number wasn’t on there I let him know yes it was (we make these all day okay) and I have the exact copy pulled up on my computer. I ask if he would like it and he says well I don’t have the prescription anymore do I and I said clearly not since you denied it and he asks if I want to do a verbal (they close in 9 mins obviously no point & I leave at 5 am tmrw morning so..) I ask what we can do next time to avoid this or do we need to call it in every single month because I’ve never heard about that before and never had any other clients complain about issues w their written scripts. Anyways I ask for his name and he says mhm and hangs up on me. Mind you these are meds we absolutely can not stop (and it says that on the script) thank god I will have one extra by the time I’m back in town. If you truly hate your job why do you work there? Maybe Walgreens should hire someone who actually wants to do their job. This could have gone so much smoother and I’m still wondering where the problem was other than the fact he simply didn’t want to fill anything as they closed in half an hour at that time. Pretty flabbergasted at how rude this interaction was and I have never gotten hung up on in my life. After this I will NEVER be going back. So beware before coming here and the prediction prices are much more expensive than other places!!

I just had the best experience at this pharmacy, I had to pick upSeveral meds all were ready. My kids were being extra insane one crying about not getting a toy and the other rolling on the floor , I had to dump out my entire wallet to find my id . Bryan at the counter was so kind he talked to my kids and entertained while I searched for my id , he was extremely kind and helpful!

Quite honestly one of the worst pharmacies I have ever encountered. They have never been on time with filling a prescription, barely answer the phone, and can never help customers in the store or in the drive thru in a timely manner. I’m pretty sure it would take less time for a sloth to fill a prescription than whoever works here.

To get your prescription the lines are long always it's a commitment between 30 and 40 minutes every time I come by..... Inside or out some of these people spend 15 minutes at the window all by themselves arguing about prescriptions trying to get the prescription filled Walgreens should tell these people to get out of line and come back when it's ready people just sit there refusing to come backupdate.... they fixed the drive thru.... they closed it... not an option...service horrible the last 6 months... I'm here today for the 3rd time to pick up... they keep telling me.. they're working on it... never ready.... they've sent me emails saying it's ready.... this time I complained... she told me to take a seat and wait...time to move on... no more business for Walgreens at 12 Bridges.

Their stuff is way too overpriced. They wanted 50 dollars for a 64GB usb drive. Please just go to any other store.

Worst pharmacy in Lincoln. It has been for months. Despite negative reviews they don’t improve. In fact they seem to be getting worse. Some of this is because of the high turnover. Employees probably can’t stand the poor management. The last straw for me was when I was directed, twice, to return in an hour before my Rx would be ready. This is a familiar refrain from this incompetent run “business”. I was using their drive thru window. On hearing this again for the second time in 2 hrs. I refused to move my car until my Rx was ready. They called the police to have me removed. It took the police 45 mins to arrive. After another 30 mins of negotiating with the police I was finally convinced to move my car. In the meantime I had their drive thru backed up 10 deep. That’s after 6-7had tired of the wait and moved on. I made my point and I encourage others to do the same. But it takes courage. After several of these incidents they may get the message.

Calls to pharmacy aren't answered. Waited over 30 min. Tried again but this attempt resulted in disconnection. Call to store manager resulted in transfer back to pharmacy, no answer. The phone system has had issues for months.

Worst pharmacy ever! They take forever to fill prescriptions, fail to notify you if there’s ever an issue with one and then take forever to assist you when you go to pick up prescriptions. If you try to call, be prepared to be placed on hold for 30+ minutes. Instead of coming in and apologizing, they just keep putting you on hold over and over again with no explanation. Extremely rude and horrible service!!!!!
