They did great. I hate getting a new phone but Jake helped with getting everything transferred over even though most places said I would have to do it myself through iCloud. Unfortunately I didn’t have back up for over a year and would have lost everything .

THIS IS NOT A VERIZON STORE!! Understand this, they can not help you with anything but a new phone. 11/22 My fiance died, I went in w/the death cert and they sent me to Roseville. 2/24 tried to file an insurance claim, they cant help referred me to a website. 3/24 Tried to return a internet box I got FROM THEM, they cant help gave me a phone number. I just ended my 3rd phone call to get a return lable
