I use this UPS store often for easy Amazon returns, other shipping, and faxing, and every single time I have been in there, the staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and some of the workers are even young. The training and/or management is obviously very good. Thank you for providing such good service!

The store is ownership. Faraz cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and is very kind. The store previous was not ran well but has made a drastic turn for the better. If you are in Lincoln come by and ship with confidence. They have notary on staff. GreT store. 10 stars

I had used this store several times in the past but a few months ago I had been ill but needed to mail some important documents on behalf of my granddaughter. The grey haired man working the counter was so rude I was stunned. He implied I had been rude to him but I know I was not. He humiliated me in front of the line of people waiting as I had for service. I apologized if I had appeared rude but he continued to berate me. I mailed the envelope but was worried the entire time until I heard the envelope had been received by the person I had mailed it to. I have never been in the store since and never will be. I see the same gentleman in there when I walk by. What a shame he's still there. The previous guy that had been there was very nice and professional. Sad to see that in a town like Lincoln.

I guess this location thinks it’s acceptable to laugh and bully customers? After being rudely asked to put my Amazon returns on the scale(never had to before) I said thanks, the old guy said have a good day. I kept walking as I was uncomfortable after the whole intersection. Two steps before I’m out the door he yells ‘ you’re welcome ‘ and the other old lady laughed out loud. An 80 something year old man against a 20 something year old woman? I don’t feel comfortable returning back to this store.
