They are always fast and efficient. I'll see a line thinking it will take forever and it never does. Plus there are 2 Amazon return kiosks to help keep the lines down.

This store has become a rapid stop for returning and mailing items. It has polite, efficient staff no matter when you come. At times they have a greeter. They have the self check also. Every visit I make, they are helpful and kind.

I love this UPS Store! The staff is always super friendly, quick, and professional. Dropping off Amazon returns is a breeze, and they make the whole process easy and stress free. It's so nice having a spot in town that’s reliable and always on top of things.

$2.10 dollars to print a shipping label but they have free candy on the desk... that's ridiculous. Here's an idea, free shipping label prints and pay for the candy. Nobody asked for candy.
Edit. after reading your reply I have concluded this store is involved in corporate greed... i don't care what way you look at it. It costs 10 cents to print out a piece of paper Maybe a quarter tops. And after reading other reviews you just copy and paste your answer to anything negative about your prices. 100% will bad mouth the ups store to anyone I talk to about it.

I mostly use this store to do my Amazon returns but I can only give two stars, maybe should be only one star because they don't keep hours that have been posted on the door. Not my first time experiencing that here at this store. Went today and arrived at 2:17 p.m., store hours on the window state they're open until 3:00. Another frustrated customer and I were outside the door wondering why our watches said 2:17 and sign says they are open until 3:00, yet, there was no one to be found in the store and the door locked. Very inconvenient and poor customer service. 😢

$30 for 2 boxes for an amazon return. Absolutely price gouging. Unrealistic and theft. I didnt have the original box. I was charged $30 for 2 boxes. Absolutely ridiculous. It's highway robbery. Had I known it was $30 for 2 pieces of cardboard I would have bought 2 boxes at Target for $3 each and save $24. Get your prices right and don't over charge for a glorified piece of cardboard. Will be contacting someone about the obvious over priced boxes.

The last few times I had visited this store I was fortunate to have Dylan help me. This young man is super friendly very knowledgeable and most importantly helpful and gives great customer service he is definitely an asset to this store.

The wonderful customer service I receive every time I go there. Clerks are nice and really want to assist you. Carry on a conversation while helping you with a big smile on their faces. Excellent quality of service.
