I use this UPS store often for easy Amazon returns, other shipping, and faxing, and every single time I have been in there, the staff is very welcoming, very knowledgeable, and extremely helpful and some of the workers are even young. The store is ownership. Faraz cares about his customers, goes the extra mile, and is very kind. The store previous was not ran well but has made a drastic turn for the better. If you are in Lincoln come by and ship with confidence. They have notary on staff. GreT store. 10 stars
